Just an alternative scenario that could have happened. Read more about it under the cut~

I came up with this alternative WAY AFTER completing chapter 34. I like to think if I had this exchange, the ending would have changed quite a bit. Charon would have become bloodthirsty, and Eiji's ending would have aligned more with Shinu's motivation.
It would have been an interesting turn, but I'm proud of how the current ending concludes.
