I am deviating from my normal posts to give you a taste of the amazing trip I am currently on. Today, I visited Abu Simbel, one of the most mind-blowing sites in Egypt. This was built during the reign of Ramses II to discourage potential invaders coming from the south. According to graffiti in the nearby mountains, it worked!
