top 5 spideychelle moments

Ooh, Spideychelle! I love these two awkward idiots so much, I’m so glad someone decided to ask me about them!! So here goes:

#1 - soft, fluffy dozing together on the plane scene - give this to me a thousand times over!! My OTPs so rarely get to be happy, and something like this makes me smile SO MUCH. 

#2 - the reunion scene on the bridge, including (*screams of shippy glee*) the first kiss! Seriously, this scene couldn’t be more perfect if it tried. Everything about it is amazing, from the run-and-hug to the confession-conversation to the not one, not two, but three kisses. Awkwardorable (that’s a word now, and it belongs do Spideychelle) perfection!

#3 - cute glances on the Venice trip. Yes, all right, maybe this one is cliché, but I just love how these two idiots keep sneaking glances at each other, then immediately and awkwardly ducking their heads away. They’re so adorably oblivious, and the sheer cuteness of this makes my shippy heart explode with happiness.

#4 - the date/walk in Prague. Okay, they didn’t actually get together here, but we had our best headcanon confirmed: MJ knows!! It’s canon. Also, these two’s so-awkward but so damn adorable babbling will never not steal my heart. (Side note: just hold hands, already. Side side note: they did! At the end! Yay.) 

#5 - the classic scene, a.k.a. the one that’s too good not to make this list - where MJ gets appointed Decathlon captain and Peter claps for her (cue aww’s) - and then she totally freaks him (and us) out for a few seconds. “What are you hiding, Peter?” *awkward excuses* “I’m just kidding I don’t care.” CLASSIC. (Also the moment I started shipping Spideychelle, and headcanoning MJ Knows.) 

There are actually so many more fabulous moments for these two awkwardorable idiots in love, but these are my top picks for today!

6. Slow Mover by @forasecondtherewedwon- nothing like anxiety about going from living w someone and constantly seeing them to living apart to make you realise you have feelings for someone

7. can’t pretend that you don’t amaze me by idontshaveforher_yesyoudo- the roommate tag is used very loosely here but this is an amazing fic I wanted to rec anyway

8. five things peter loses in apartment 335B by peculiarblue- this is technically not a roommate au but rather a neighbours au but it basically counts, shut up
