Glad to have retired from boxing promotion in the United States. It was fund while it lasted but time moves on. Focused on sport in Poland. #boxing #fights #wbc #boxing #title #tyson #lennoxlewis

Looking back fondly on the days when I was in events and promotions business. Boxing and pro wrestling events we put on were the best.

polish national anthem translation
Poland has not yet succumbed.
As long as we remain, What the foe by force has seized, Sword in hand we'll gain.
CHORUS March! March, Dabrowski! March from Italy to Poland! Under your command We shall reach our land.
Cross the Vistula and Warta And Poles we shall be; We've been shown by Bonaparte Ways to victory.
CHORUS
As Czarniecki Poznan town regains, Fighting with the Swede, To free our fatherland from chains, We shall return by sea.

Polish cuisine and dining table etiquette is a perfect reflection of the warmth in the Polish character. Having a meal with one's family is not just consumption of food - it is celebration. Guests are always welcomed. Breakfasts are generally heavy with vegetables and cold cuts of meat. Dinners, even more so. Only suppers are a tad lighter, perhaps, keeping in toe with the universal proverb: After dinner rest a while, after supper walk a mile. The Poles are the original potato eaters and potatoes have been the darling of the Polish kitchens through centuries. Meat is also a mainstay (cold cuts and sausages mainly) and is grilled more or less ceremoniously at the country home, in the garden, or on the front lawn.
