"I should be heading there too, the only thing I'm good at is Transfig. I bet your chocolate that you would do well without studying at all!"
"I’m just heading to the library. NEWT years and all, you know. You?"

"Well I'm sorry I didn't live up to your expectations. Listen, I don't have the slightest clue why The Dark lord chose me instead of you. Why don't you go take it up with him?"
"You’re an idiot, Pettigrew. And spineless for a Gryffindor."

"Then why don't you take it? Go ahead! rip it off my arm! it would make my life tons better!"
“What power? The power of constant fear and anxiety? The power of having constant pain from this Mark? How on Earth would this be an honor?!”

“I want to be free of this curse Mark.” he admitted.

Well if you’re not here to ask about mine, can I ask about yours?”

Peter bit his lip. He kne what he was about to be would be one of the stupidest things he's ever done. "I...need to show you something." He rolled up his sleep to reveal the death eater mark and looked away from her, afraid of judging eyes.
Peter always feels awkward when he is reminded that he has friends, and it hurts that he would betray them one day. “A good friend you are.” he smiled.

Dorcas laughed as well. “You know I was trying to help, Peter.”

It took everything he had to not cover his ears. He didn't deserve his comforting words! He didn't deserve any of the friendships he worked so hard to build. He wished that he could stay friends with him longer, but the time was nearing. Peter was going to betray them soon. Not knowing what to do, Peter gave Sirius a slight smile. "i know you guys care." Unfortunately
"Shut it now, really," Sirius said, sitting up, grin wiped from his face. "You’re good looking, yeah? Popularity is stupid, Peter, I don’t give a damn about it and neither should you. You have friends, that’s important, fuck the rest. And when it comes to girls… they are complicated. I don’t know what they want, you don’t — you never really do, trust me. However, you gotta be the one to ask them out, and have you done that lately?” A pause follows, Sirius’ face growing more serious. “You do know you are wanted, right? All three of us care a whole fucking lot ‘bout you, as do many others. We need you, Pete.”

"There's nothing for you to be sorry about unless you're the one who killed her." he slowly shrugged
“Yes, she passed away and I barely knew her. My father was all I had,” Peter explained while trying not to tear up.

"I swear to you that there won't be any. It's easy for you to say because the three of you are so damn attractive. You guys are like Kings to this school while I'm just a weak lackey to them. I'm just an unwanted rat."
