Im really tempted to write some small things about chipsign lore

HERES CHIPSIGN!!

They’re a TF1 oc, a bot created just before the rule of Sentinel!

They were originally a cogged bot, who dreamt of working for sentinel. When they got the job(Low level position), they accidentally overheard Sentinel ordering for data pads to be destroyed. Not wanting possibly important history to be lost, they stole the data pads.

Unfortunately, they were caught doing so. Even MORE unfortunately, they found out Sentinel was lying during the theft.

They, by some miracle, escaped sentinel and was in hiding for a long time, even hiding during the war until they were discovered helping (unconcious)injured autobots in secret, eventually joining the autobots!

FUNFACTS

-They made a large tunnel system leading to the surface that connected to specific places in iacon over several years.

-They still have the data pads they stole from sentinel.

-On their back, they have a built in backpack, when in their Alt-Mode, it’s the truck bed.

-They lost an eye and got their side heavily injured by Sentinel.

-They are technically permanently rollerskating, the wheels are made for rough terrain luckily for them.

-When they were young, they loved their paint colors, as it reminded them of ‘Sentinel Prime’. Now, however, they try and either scratch off or paint over the gold stripes, hating how the colors remind them of sentinel.

-They are outwardly emotionless, but without their battle-mask on, they are actually very expressive(Their Finials move a lot too)

-They go by They/He pronouns

-Will shoot any Sentinel supporters on SIGHT.

-The reason they stayed hidden after sentinel was killed is because they were afraid of both the war and how everyone would react to him.

I would have two Nickles, which isn't a lot. But it's weird that it's happened twice.

I don't think the sentinels (or anybody) would be too pleased with a literal killer showing up to their well hidden cabin just to talk with the most hated guy in the group for like an hour before giving him a hug / peck on the cheek and leaving

(007n7 got SO HEAVILY INTERROGATED after mafioso left, little do they know mafioso would never share the location bc a. its his business and he doesn't give info out for free and b. his husband is there and so "nuh uh I'm not telling you even if you pay me")

NOT QUITE AI

Small ideas!

Caine is a YAP-O-TRON, like canon.

This is because he’s trying DESPERATELY to distract himself and others from his swiftly deteriorating mental state, especially now that his consciousness isn’t suppressed.

In episode 3, when Caine(and the carnival) glitches out- in this au, after that, Caine seems a bit more expressive and seems to have more personality to him- this is because that’s the start of the AI failing to, ya know, suppress his emotions and general human behavior.

Occasionally, before Caine glitches out and gets his consciousness (mostly) back, he would just. Freeze. Mid speech, mid action, whatever. He would freeze, and sometimes when this would happen- he would freak out after and look painfully confused, before he returns to normal. Of course- the others think it’s just a faulty AI, but sometimes- to Pomni-

He acts too human to be AI.

Kinger and Caine! When Caine gets his sentience? Consciousness? Emotions? Humanity? Whatever- back, Kinger(in the dark) offers him advice.

Caine is really jumpy after glitching out, and he seems to be more aware of his surroundings. Whenever something glitches he FREAKS OUT internally.

Even if the others were to be able to leave the circus, Caine wouldn’t. His consciousness is PERMANENTLY fused to the AI of the circus.

Caine still gives adventures, but he’s trying his best to make it something fun and able to distract the cast from the severity of the situation(as he tried to make the adventures seem with his original group).

He’s trying his best.

Caines love language is physical touch, but he is often hesitant to initiate it because he doesn’t know how people would react.

He misses his brother.

Even when he was like- more AI than Human, he still cared deeply about his brother, and has his brothers abstracted version somewhere else.

He’s trying to find a way to bring the abstracted people back- to no avail. He wants his friends back.

For Batch 1, there’s gonna be 10 ppl total!(not including Caine + Able), and I’m asking yall to show me ur ocs and their personalities if ya want them to be included(drawings, little drabbles, etc) in stuff of batch one! This is only if ur ok with me using ur ocs(WITH CREDIT)!

ANOTHER AU IDEA

TADC edition

OK!! So we all know Caine, right? Our lovely AI ringleader in the circus!

Well, what if he wasn’t entirely AI?

Ok, ok hear me out!

In this, there were two test runs of the Circus, none of the current cast(except Caine and bubble) know of this first batch. ‘Caine’ told Bubble not to tell anyone about it, but Caine doesn’t remember!

What happened to this first batch?

Well it first started with two brothers testing out the game they helped code(supervisors orders) and, well, what happened to the current cast happened to THEM. Though- at first it was much worse for them than the current cast! For a bit- they didn’t even know there was an outside world until one of them saw something achingly familiar.

There wasn’t a ringleader of the circus at this time, though the older brother tried his best to stay calm and confident to help prevent his younger brother from freaking out. They didn’t know much but they knew they were brothers.

Their original names were- completely gone. They couldn’t remember ANYTHING pertaining to their names- but the AI guide, Bubble, gave them new ones. Caine, and Able.

Eventually, more people came, and Caine tried his best to lead them, to find a way out. To keep everyone sane.

That’s around the time the first abstracting happened. Caine was hurt. Bad. Bubble trapped the Abstracted person in a basement and everyone was freaking out.

Able panicked and was trying to help his brother- everything was chaos as Caine tried to help calm everyone despite being hurt.

Caine got rather close to abstracting himself during this time, if it weren’t for Able. Just as he was always there for Able, Able was there for him. That wouldn’t last forever.

More, and more people abstracted. Until it was just Caine and Able.

Caine tried his best to help Able stay calm, trying to prevent himself from thinking about his own feelings.

Until he was alone. Until Able abstracted.

Being the last, is just as bad as being the first.

The game creators realize- “Hey! It’s going to be much harder to get people in the game if no one’s in it! We can’t let Caine abstract! “

What they did instead, in Caines eyes, is much worse than abstracting.

They fused him with an AI. This AI pushed down his consciousness. He wasn’t himself anymore, he couldn’t even remember his brother.

Eventually, either it be from a glitch or something else entirely-

Caines consciousness isn’t suppressed by the AI anymore. He’s still trapped in the game, full control over the circus, but he doesn’t have all the memories of the AI that he’s fused with, having been in a comatose like state.

Of course, he PANICS. He’s confused, and when the he asks the cast where his brother is, they’re only confused.

They’re confused by Caine suddenly acting like this, suddenly having EMOTIONS.

So ya. Caine centric Au!(he’s gonna go through it)
