Running in the Heat is bad for you…or is it?
No easy answer there (seems to be the case most of the time)
If you have preexisting conditions like heart issues, high blood pressure, etc you might be better off not running in the heat.
However, let’s say you have a race during a hotter period of the year and you are not heat acclimated can be literally a fatal mistake.

rouble stacking your wrists Try Kettlebell chest press
You are a runner, you are doing the right thing and you are lifting and now you struggle with your wrist.
You knew it, lifting was bad…not really but you get my drift.
When people do chest press either with dumbbells or a barbell they sometimes bent their wrist backward → See helpful video, lol
Doing the exercise with a light kettlebell for warm up can help you work on stacking the wrist and boom you got no more issues…with the wrist bending backward at least.
