Some kind of update

Animatic is 90% done. In fact it's finished but it still misses a few shots with the crew's ship.

So the past 2-3 weeks I've been learning 3d and making that said ship. It's interactive and has interior with rooms and furniture, so I won't need to draw it by hand for backgrounds. Oh I will use this model so much for future arts/animatics. So much effort were put into it and I will use it as much as possible!

It's been like 6 months since I started this animatic and slowly but surely it's close to be complete. I've been loosing my motivation and energy little by little. It's hard when you can't share it with anyone and your brain doesn't get any dopamine for such a big work. But no, I need to finish it. I'm so close, I have no right to give up! Sooo many hours of my free time has been spent on this (that I could've use for socializing or relaxing after job). Even though at the end I know it won't be popular, I want to finally complete this project. I'm definitely not going to create something big like this in the future, haha.

Aaaahhh look!!! I'm modeling the crew's ship!

I decided that the ship model is vital needed. because: 1) I can't really imagine how the ship looks, what's inside, how the rooms look, how much space is inside etc. 2) For time saving. I will just render the ship from the angle I need and won't need to break my brains to calculate the perspective, details and accuracy.

Florans and hylotls were always fighting and no one knows, who started it first. I like both races.

It's Nak with the hylotl who I never introduce before but she's also a character with her own story. Maybe later! I've always had struggles with creating names.

It's very well written and I appreciate that so much of the Starbound lore and universe are put into the comic.

I love playing Starbound and I love it's lore (especially Beta version lore). Here you can find my Starbound OCs and fanarts. I decided to create a side blog so this interest wont interfere my main arts.

Here's my base OCs. I created them in 2019 and some comics where just translated in English. For them I use #n.s.m.k

I try to create stories as canon as I can. But I will also use and create a lot of head canons. Every head canon is unique and it's okay if it's not similar to yours.

I personally love all these colorful lights! but I also love playing as florans and I don't think they would like anything hylotl related

I managed to install Starbound Beta version. My hyperfixation from 2018 came back! I love the lore from Beta, it was way more interesting.

Florans were always my favorite species :D
