he wishes he understood the pang in his chest when the younger reveals he had thought beforehand. it was a feeling hanuel hadn’t experienced since he was younger; in his teens, perhaps. long before he became the villain he was known as. of course, eli was completely unaware of that life so he really wasn’t aware of how much hanuel didn’t deserve his company.  ‘   interesting. well  —-   i don’t really have guests over and i rarely watch movies so i only have psycho or kill bill. do you have a preference   ??   ’
