Fusion au notes (aka how I decide how fusions are designed)

Heavy inspo from Steven Universe so--

fusion is just a thing You Can Do in this universe, haven't decided if it's something only chaos users can do bc chaos energy or whatever but who knows ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Fusions can go through multiple stages of appearance! As the fusions components work out their differences/gain more trust/respect they can go through multiple phases of outward appearances. You can fuse regardless of how much you know/trust someone, but no guarantee the fusion will be stable in the long run. This can cause.... Issues.

Generally, the more cohesive the design the more stable! (like Garnet (Shadouge) and Comet Rose (sonamy) looking like different people with completely different aesthetics/motifs compared to their conponents!)

More cohesive designs are generally designed like:

Rouge: Hearts, jewels/treasure, PG cat woman vibes

Shadow: Grunge/Punk, guns, overall "dark loner" vibe

So Garnet is: reserved, them fatale, a more mature version of the like "black and punk punk hearts" that come up on Pinterest lmao
