But you can still acknowledge that he was in an awful situation and that it is a horrible way to be found and that whatever happened to him must’ve been a scary way to go. My heart goes out to his friends and family because this is a horrible, traumatizing thing to learn happened a loved one - especially after you haven’t heard anything from them for nearly a month. You can have some compassion while not excusing Bob’s actions.
