How do you punish a brat that seems to be immune to punishment

Hey anon.

My fear when I get this question is that someone is trying to use impact as a corrective punishment with a partner who is a masochist. As masochists enjoy getting a good beating, impact can be used as an reward, but not a punishment. Novice dominants often think that impact punishments are the only way to correct their masochistic sub, and wind up having a sub that will purposefully break rules and act out to get at the delicious impact they are looking for. Some of the bratting we discuss on Tumblr stems from this.

Regardless of whether this is you, the way to solve your problem is to figure out a punishment you can give your sub that they will hate. If you feel like your punishments this far aren't having an effect, they may just not be big enough. If they are good with 100 lines, assign 1000. If 15 minutes in the corner doesn't change things, try an hour. My girl hates the lines, so that's my go to in the rare times she needs correction. Figure out what your sub hates. I hope this helps.
