I think I need to write the bit where Abigail and Trelawney go robbing but idk how to actually write them going robbing
Honestly the whole thing is to get her to talk to John and get that ball rolling. …although John’s only open to this because of a previous conversation he had with Arthur that I have. Also not written.
The curse of everything being connected is I have to connect it but I’ve been working out of order here

Doing some more mythbusting again. Accidentally.
Another fun fact that gets shared around is Arthur aims rifles with both eyes open, where John keeps his left (bad) eye closed. Normally it’s less about his eye and more as an example that Arthur is a better marksman- shooting with both eyes open allows for greater awareness of your surroundings.
Usually the comparisons are made between Arthur and Epilogue John, but it got me thinking. What does everyone else do? NPCs and all that. And, so far, the results have been pretty interesting.
First, Arthur. I had one instance of him having his left eye close while on Guarma, but he’s particularly squinty there. Everywhere else, both eyes are open even in direct sunlight. I haven’t tried recreating the one eye closed image while in a firefight yet, but when aiming normally, both eyes are always open.
Then we have epilogue John, who always has that left eye closed while aiming. Frankly I can’t stand to look at his base model and only took one picture, but it’s been consistent under all circumstances so far.
But here is where it gets interesting. I started looking at NPCs and other gang members. No matter the timing- aiming, right as they pull the trigger, after firing -their eyes are always open
(Also hello the last one there. That’s a beautiful boy)
The only one I could consistently get pictures of with one eye closed? 1899 John.
