Rating the Mob Psycho Kids by How Acceptable Their Behavior is at a Sleepover Birthday Party

Teru (pre shaving) — bring a very fancy birthday gift but also forcibly picks the movie even though it’s YOUR sleepover. The movie he picks is in French. Brings a bodyguard. Stays up ridiculously late and then wakes up at 5am and judges your mother’s waffle making technique 6/10 (the birthday present was an entire X-Box)

Teru (post shaving) — looks disappointed and tattles to your parents when you suggest prank calling the local pizza place. No longer a tyrant, but also no longer a beneficient ruler who dispenses foreign candy. WILL spend the entire evening discussing poetry with your older sister. Still 6/10 (a valuable sister barrier)

Ritsu — Downside: goes to sleep early like some kind of square. Upside: talks in his sleep, providing hours of entertainment. Gives the wildest answers to Truth or Dare questions (did he really get in a fight in an alley one time?) 7/10

Tome — a perfect sleepover guest! Will conduct seances, help build bottle rockets in the backyard, and try to bleach your hair with vinegar. Weak on boy talk, strong on horror movie makeup skills. 9/10 (one point deducted because she cheats at board games)

Mezato — has all the hottest gossip but it’s up to you to get her to dispense it. Can pick locks! An ideal guest for a very specific type of birthday party. Just don’t let her get bored 7/10

Shou — he WILL help you start a campfire in your backyard, with or without your parents’ permission. There WILL be marshmallows. Shou will also form a deep and inexplicable connection with your pet, leaving you feeling like a stranger at your own birthday party. 8/10

The Body Improvement Club — is your sleepover at a gym? If the answer is yes, the body improvement club will make ideal guests. If the answer is no, they will still make ideal guests. Tragically, it’s hard to fit all of them in one room at once and cruel to not invite all of them, bumping them down to 5/10 (make space in your living room for their pre-bedtime workout)

Tsubomi — the sort of party guest you invite if you’re ready to have real 3am duscussions about the nature of identity and self in our appearance driven world. Tsubomi has thoughts about reality and the meaning of life. If you’re lucky, she’ll share them. Also she does great braids. 8/10

Mob — want a quiet night in with close friends? Mob is the person to invite. A reassuring presence during horror movie watching, a wonderful listener, and a moderately good checkers player. He does go to sleep at 10pm but so should you. ???/10

As the old saying goes, April Ink Storms bring May flowers, and that means Spring Fest is right around the corner! This special event is using the power of pastels to turn Inkopolis Square into a colorful hot spot!

Battle it out in the 48-hour event from April 19th, 3:00pm PT to April 21st, 3:00pm PT.

The theme of Spring Fest is “which will win in a race, the hare or the tortoise?”

Along with this Splatfest, some spring-colored gear will be given out via the Squid Research Lab Report (Splatoon 2) News Channel on your Nintendo Switch system: Spring colored visors and colorful custom kicks with design supervision from Pearl and Marina!
