Fred, Elisabeth, Jack, Theo, and Rose are the new neighbours, of the Wilkerson family. Fred is very kind, loving and caring. However as the show progressed, it is shown he has a more serious and stricter side. He deeply cares for Jack, Theo and Rose. John knows when to be strict and when to be a fun loving father figure.  

Elisabeth Bloom

Elisabeth appears to be a very sweet, kind, warm-hearted, nurturing, and maternal girl. However, she may have very strict morals. 

Jack Bloom

Jack is portrayed as a smooth, charming, laid-back slacker. He seems to care very little about any work he is asked to do.

Theo Lovejoy

Jack, and Theo are the eldest brothers of Rose. Theo is portrayed as smart and getting straight A's. However, his social skills need a lot to be desired. He remarks to his brother, Jack, whenever he says something nonsensical. He is known to enunciate some of his words.

Rose Bloom Lovejoy 

Rose is the youngest half sister of Fred, Jack, and Theo. Rose is also the new girl at North High. Rose appears to be a very lovely, sweet, angelic, and intelligent little girl. However, she is very mischievous and careful. She acts so innocently in front of other moms' and dads', like hers.

Hobbies: school, pranks, and making inventions

Rose is also really good with machines and electronics, as she has a secret spying panel in her bedroom and a briefcase full of spy devices. It is never explained where or how she obtains her gadgets.

Rose is a high-tech creative mastermind whose bedroom doubles as a control centre.

She is incredibly mischievous, and she loves setting pranks. She never gets caught.

Rose became a Krelboyne in the same year as Malcom.
