My name is Kristy-Lyn and this is my fitblr. I have found so much motivation from other fitness blogs and am hoping that I can motivate others. I am 20 years old and on an amazing fitness journey. I am widening my food horizon and starting to try new things. Eating healthy and working out really do become an addiction and a completely new lifestyle. I have always been into an active lifestyle and growing up I was a dancer. Dance is one of my passions and was how I stayed fit. At the end of high school and into my first year of university I noticed that I had lost much of my dancing flexibility and strength. In second year I decided to get back into dance taking a recreational class once a week and I started going to the gym once in a while. Now in my third year, I have been really focused to make a change to get stronger and tone up. My diet is definitely the hardest part to change but its getting easier and its a work in progress. Now I work out five days a week with clean healthy eating and some sweets in moderation. That's pretty much all you need to know about me :)
