one thing that my therapist told me today is a way to combat hopelessness is to make an intentional plan to do something that brings you joy and excitement. Even if it's something really small like going to get your favorite coffee. Try to be kind to yourself, do something nice for yourself today, give yourself something that brings you even a small amount of joy. You deserve it
