This blog is run by a neurodivergent adult who cries over literally everything ever for no reason, and let me tell you, it's fine to do exactly that. I feel 1 (one) emotion, good or bad? I cry. I'm crying? Why? IDK but ima cry it out! And it feels so much better afterward.
My advice for crying and avoiding judgement and unwanted intervention while doing so: Find a comfortable place for yourself, whether alone or with somebody who understands and will support you, but make it a private spot like your bedroom or a bathroom to avoid others giving looks and problems. Bring tissues, soft ones, or a towel that you wash afterward. If you make lots of noise when you cry, try blocking your door with thick pillows, or crying into a pillow or other thick material to drown the sound from others and avoid suspicion/worry/etc. Music may overwhelm you, and thus be counterproductive if so. Have something to hug, like a stuffed animal or a blanket, or even a pet, so you feel less alone afterward. And most importantly, cry all you need. Cry as long as you need. Just go ahead, it can be a lot or a little, but the amount of tears you shed does not equal the feelings you experience, and thus can be more than or less than those feelings. What matters is you get it out in a safe and healthy manner.
