One big observation during Corona Scenario :

Countries, where citizens are groomed as law abiding and socially responsible citizens , are performing and following the preventive advisories , without any panic , even though the country is completely lock down and essentials are in scarcity.

Countries , where citizens were never law abiding or socially irresponsible ,are exhibiting their unlawful behaviour ,even if there is no complete lockdown and essentials are still available.

Learning : The preparedness and Readiness of citizens, in a worst adverse situation , is an outcome of their sensitive social behaviour and law adherence ,which they practice since childhood.

Let's understand one by one :

DEPRIVE : Education and Job are key to make a person intelligent ,analytical ,self dependent. The moment government makes education costly and increase unemployment ,make sure government has an agenda to make you DEPRIVE .

DEPENDENCY : once you are uneducated and jobless ,you are DEPENDENT on government for aids and subsidy. Now you are dependent on govt for your basic survival .It's obvious you will ask government about usage of tax money for the purpose of education and job creation through your RTI process

DILUTE : government has anticipated such questions from citizens and under the RTI ,it is incumbent for the government to give answer .what if , government doesn't want to answer and hide agenda and information,it will DILUTE public's right to question government.

DIVIDE : in order to avoid any sensitivity to arise in public , about unemployment or loss of fundamental right to ask question and seek information from government,the government always practices the policy of producing "DIVIDE" in society to defocus public from focussing on their legitimate and fundamental rights . Hence dilution of people's rights .

DIVERT : After DIVIDING the society and nation ,it is important for government to DIVERT the attention of Citizens ,from losing their "fundamental rights and employment" to "Social and religious matters" . Once the citizens are DEPRIVED of earning their livelihood , now DEPENDENT on government for their livelihood , the right to ask government about wrong policy or question on usage of tax money is DILUTED and When citizens are DIVIDED on the basis of religion and social status and the narrative that helps DIVERTING the public's attention is successfully induced in society ,then it is the right time for anyone in government to DICTATE

DICTATE :When public lives on the mercy of government ,without any fundamental right of questioning the government and is made to divide religious and socially to keep the public busy fighting among eachother to prove who's God is better and whose social status is high , government starts DICTATING the public :
