Just want to know the specifics of what Reed and Alan say or do (while already in a relationship with their MCs) if their MC casually drops the bomb that they've been yearning and pining for them for so long, and then just walks out as if they said nothing. I already have an idea but xjakzisna I wanna know how the scene will ensue. 👀 Can we know all the PFM ROs' reaction to being told they've been yearned and pined for for so long? 👀

Reed would be very dramatic about it and MC would not hear the end of it like ever. He’d grumble that they could have been together ages ago, especially when reminiscing about the past.

Alan’s just: “I know...” coz you bet he would never confess or say anything about his own feelings if he thought MC was not into him 😂 privately he’d find it super romantic, and he’d like the fact that they both were pining for each other at some point

Jewel: since she confesses rather fast, as soon as she’s sure of her feelings and thinks that MC reciprocates, she’d skip a lot of the pinning, and she’d be even more glad that she managed to confess early

Flavio: “you too?? twinning!” he’d laugh about it to try to lighten the atmosphere, but since he knows from his own pining how fcking miserable it was, he’d feel even more like an asshole for how he behaved towards MC in the past (even if they indeed were ‘twining’ in that aspect)

Nino: would be surprised because from her perspective she was far from lovable during their first encounters, but similarly to Reed she’d just wish that MC said smth earlier, so they could have hit it off faster 

Laurent: 🤡 he’d feel bad for making MC miserable, and even if MC was the one who confessed first (thus skipping most of the misunderstanding stuff), he’d still be angsty about it

Hehehe I’ve been super obsessed with Perfumare lately (I’ve replayed the IF and VN too many times) <3

So I decided that—instead of focusing on my university work—I would try and draw my MC in the style that @pdrrook uses in the VN because it’s so pretty :) My grasp on the style is not perfect but I had fun!

Noemí and Francis dynamic reminds me so much of my MC Liz and Laurent. While Laurent's family does have dark secrets like any rich upper class white family, but even with the attempted murder by Silvia of her own son the Rosiers are no where as dysfunctional as the Doyles.

Would any of the pfm (and fmo cuz I already can't wait for the final product, AAAA) characters want kids? How would they react to the "joyous" news and how would they fare as parents? With fmo I guess that would have to be an adopted (ghost?) kiddo, but we can also pretend that undead things can create new forms of "life" (Bella and Edward sure did)

As for the FMO cast, yeah it's a fantasy so anything can be possible 😉

Do they want kids? Honestly, most of the cast is in positions where they never really gave it much serious thought, and if they did, the answer would be 'no' or 'not now' for various practical reasons. The reaction for them, too, would be a mix of 'oh shit' and 'how do we make this work?' but ultimately the response would depend more on MC's disposition towards the possible offspring.

Especially for Malitiose and Lotar, who are less used to and less inclined to care. They both were raised as unwanted and abandoned children, in Lotar's case this is a situation common for most demon parents and it is common and accepted as they lack any nurturing instincts whatsoever. As a caretaker, Lotar would do well tho, and would grow to love their child(ren). Like Lotar, Maltiose, at the end of the day, would always prioritize MC, but their children would never feel a lack of affection or attention from Mal as long as they are under MC's and Mal's care.

Mirren and Rez would enjoy the idea of a family, both would welcome the possibility of a child, an expression of them and MC. Mirren especially would be very doting, but both are fiercely protective. Rez would do well in a large family, with more than one child. Mirren's care can be a bit, uh, intense, so it might be better if it was spread over more than one kid as well.

Saltire never got along with kids after being released from the Otherworld, and given their upbringing as a hunter, they would be split between not knowing what to do, and using what they were taught which is nothing short of strict. With any other children, Saltire would seem more like a teacher than a parent, but given how quickly their heart softens for the people they love, Saltire would be prone to spoiling their kids rotten.

Heya, Rook. I am curious: which FMO char would PFM characters choose to romance? And who would FMO cast choose in the same situation?

Heya! I don't super love pairing my OCs together but I can tell you who would get along and who wouldn't, hope that's alright with you!

Nino and Rez would be besties, both have self-control the size of a peanut and would smack each other bloody for fun 🥴 Flavio would get along with them too, since they both resemble his merc crew w from back in the day

Mirren and Alan would be a part of the same book club, Mirren would try to get Alan to read smth other than romance, but good luck with that 🤭 Lotar and Alan would be business partners but they would have gotten along well as friends too

Reed and Malitiose would be rivals, frenemies if you will. They'd use each other to yap about their respective MCs and they'd go shopping together

Saltire and Jewel would be outdoors buddies, their dispositions are similar too so they would make great friends as well. Same with Flavio, Laurent, and Saltire.

The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes: An Affair of the Heart by @doriana-gray-games is also such a fun one. The writing is fun, the characterization is fun, and who doesn’t love a mystery. Would give my life for Watson
