‘Oh!’ being shoved away like this; Ruler really wasn’t used to it! He tried to fight to stay there, to read those striking details about other’s Spirit Origin. Yet in the end, he chose to respect that and took a step back. For now.
Holmes rised hand to his lips and tapped at the lower lip for a moment; deep in his thoughts. Then, Servant grinned towards his friend(something dangerous sparked in green eyes; or rather, something electring - a reaction for new challenge approaching) and finally replied. ‘My dear Watson, you are aware that it’s impossible to hide something from me for long, right? But let it be! I will deduce it on my own.’
It’s true, she couldn’t hide it forever, but it didn’t mean she wasn’t going to try and keep it hidden anyways! It was just...so embarrassing! Sherlock Holmes really affected her life so much, whether they were living together or living apart. She felt a bit bad for not letting him see how much his friendship meant to her, but the embarrassment won over.
“Mmm...I’d rather you try to figure out it...in fact, it’d make me feel better if you deduced it. Consider it a special case from your dear Watson -- find out her Noble Phantasm’s name without cheating!”

Sherlock turned to computer on which all data with precise stats showed. He didn’t care much about rankings of strength etc., those he could deduced by himself. What he was curious about, where other’s skills. ‘Oh, thanks luck. You avoided being summoned as Archer, such a bliss.’ It was, in fact, quite egoistical for him; Holmes simply wanted to confusion of people when reffering to Archers ‘close’ to him. Professor and Doctor shouldn’t be ever mistaken.
‘Now, now! Quite medical skills! Only the best, as expected of you, my dear Watson! You can have a chat with Nightingale later. Now… Let’s have a look on Noble Phantasm, shall we?’
Oh, no. Oh, no, no, no, no, no.
Being familiar with her own Noble Phantasms (yes, she had more than one to her name), Watson quickly surged forward to cover up that information before Sherlock could look them up like the cheater he was. Hands were over the screen so he could not see the main Noble Phantasm this body could use while under the contract of the Master of Chaldea.
He must not know that two of her three Noble Phantasms basically centered around him. She would never hear the end of it!
“N-no peeking! That is private! P-R-I-V-A-T-E. You don’t need to see my Noble Phantasms!”
#calamitasanimarum#verse; the fate of the grandest order (main verse)#she is too embarrassed to let him see#he shaped her life a lot

A sigh. ‘Professor used some scheme to even get there, to be honest. In the end, in normal circumstances, he wouldn’t be able to become a Servant. This itself proves that we need to be wary about him yet since his contract with Chaldea’s master, he never did anything… purely evil.’ Holmes took on more serious tone for a while; some things needed to be explained.
‘Well, if bullying means words then yes, Professor is active in that matter. Though…’ it could wait. It could wait a bit more; for once Ruler just wished to enjoy someone’s company instead of wondering about his rival’s plans. Warm smile was back on young face. ‘You are aware I can defend myself just well, my dear Watson! Now, now, we should look into your Spirit Origin specifics!’
So much had happened already! Oh, she wished she had been called forth sooner. Alas, the Master had not yet been ready to add Watson to the ranks. Or maybe they simply wanted to see how Holmes and Moriarty reacted to each other. Who knew, but she was here now and she could provide support to Sherlock again.
“Ah, my Spirit Origin....?” Her hands went up to cover herself immediately. She was fully clothed in full wedding regalia, her outfit themed with roses. Perhaps the Throne wanted her to be the mediator between the spidery Holmes and the butterfly Moriarty. She kind of felt embarrassed at the idea of being studied so closely. “I’m a Lancer class!” she blurted out quickly, so he didn’t have to look, face red.
#calamitasanimarum#verse; the fate of the grandest order (main verse)#watson is always protective of holmes#even if sometimes she also wants to slap him#she will beat up everyone else who tries to bully him

calamitas-animarum:
For the moment he was surprised. YES, perhaps he idolized his loyal companion a bit in his thoughts… to be yelled at like a mere child. Little in Chaldea had guts to do so to Detective! Yet his features tweaked in gentle smile once again; even he, cold-hearted Sherlock Holmes, could miss someone - it seemed. There was true happiness sparkling in green eyes; one that was rarely seen on him.
‘Ahhh, I only saved the world few times! Nothing serious, my dear Watson!’ his tone now almost a whisper, like he was sharing a top secret ‘I’am afraid you can be shocked with presence of Profesor Moriarty there… It seems we have to accept him as temporary ally in this case; yet I never forget to keep an eye on him.’
Her own expression melted into its usual soft expression; truly what heart Sherlock Holmes lacked was made up for with the presence of one Dr. Watson. Honestly, as cross as she could get with him, Watson was usually trying not to be hysterical. Calm and collected; she was an English woman, after all.
Of course, that sweet expression froze the moment she heard a particular name she wished she hadn’t heard.
“Eh...? EH?! Moriarty is here?!” Shocked was right. She couldn’t believe that man was here. Were they getting along, though? Watson became worried; goodness was not something that came to that professor after all. Just what kind of Master did they have that could convince that one to lend a hand? Immediately, feelings of protectiveness welled up in her. After all, Moriarty...Moriarty...!
“He hasn’t been bullying you any, has he? If he has, I won’t stand for it, I will box him good!”

@pawkyhumored / from stater call!
‘MY DEAR, finally!’ Ruler didn’t give other even a moment! even a single moment to recognise situation she found herself in. The moment Chaldea Summoning System finished its operation, Holmes allowed himself to rush towards newcomer. Mash was quite good subsitute but nobody fed his ego as such as Watson.
‘It’s blessing to have you there!’
Not a dull moment when Holmes was involved. Whether they were running across the streets of London, or across the English countryside -- and even now, when humanity’s very foundation was threatened...
Honestly, what a fickle man! She’d never seen him smile so widely at her before. Never so joyous, his face was almost unrecognizable. Yet she would know her other half anywhere. Her hands went on her hips as he approached, a dry smile on her face.
“Indeed! A blessing for everyone else who had to deal with you, but now you’re entirely mine to look after like a naughty child!” she joked, raising a finger to jab into his chest. “I hope you kept out of trouble!”

Holmes would confess that he was going to play dead and instead admired her.
She’s observant enough to know when Sherlock was admiring her -- but she also has a second sense for his shenanigans as well.

Admire her from within the shadows
She could almost swear someone was watching her -- maybe she was being paranoid? Maybe if she made a fort of all the medical books she’d read, perhaps she’d feel a little less spied upon...
