I keep hitting myself in the head at night. I do it when I’m frustrated or upset. When I hit myself in the head I do it rapidly. That’s how I hurt myself maybe because I can’t do anything else in that moment. It really explains what’s been going on in my life. There’s nothing I can do at times so I end up hurting myself while I think about things upsetting me.

I think I’m going to commit suicide soon. I’ve been thinking about suicide for four years. It’s been on and off of thoughts of suicide. I feel like I should have killed myself two years ago. I’m hitting my head and having panic attacks. It’s because of this girl that broke my heart and I’m dealing with other stuff. Nobody knows what I’m going through. I’ll be planing my suicide because this time, I feel like it’s gonna happen.
