Hello Dear,  

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Tahseen from G@7_@, P@1e$tine. I am a father of three children, striving alongside my wife to secure a decent life for my family. As you read this message, my family and I are hungry, thirsty, and terrified. We are homeless, depressed, and feeling hopeless. To be honest with you, I can endure all of that, but I cannot bear watching my children die from starvation. I am writing to you, pleading for your help. I appeal to your mercy and humanity to help us. Please don’t be surprised when I say that you are my only hope, the hope that can bring life back to me and my children.  

During the past year, our life took a drastic turn. Tragically, everything I owned was lost. We are now enduring a slow death, living a devastating life. The basic needs of living and the harsh circumstances we are enduring have forced me to write this letter and request a hand for help. I am reaching out to you after exhausting all other options that could keep us alive. Thus, I have created a campaign to help my family rebuild our lives and meet our basic needs in these harsh conditions. My campaign has been vetted by @olagaza, @90-ghost, @northgazaupdates, & @neptunerings.

It's for @bilal-salah0, a 22 year old Palestinian refugee who, while trying to raise funds for his family in Gaza, is facing the possibility of an imminent deportation from Germany. It might happen as early as next week, which is why his fundraiser is so urgent.

I of course encourage everyone who can to share and donate, but I especially think us Europeans, with the current and terrifying uptick in anti-immigration rhetoric and violence, have an extra responsibility of helping Bilal.

These are all actual conversations I had with @mohammedayesh . In fact, while I was working on finishing this comic today, he sent me a video of bomber planes flying above them. There is not a single place in Gaza that is safe.
