I LOVE exploring the Tree of Life and the Discovery Island trails at Animal Kingdom. Something I think so many people take for granted. I recently met a Cast Member who saw me exploring the animal carvings on the tree. She shared her notebook/ list with me where she had written down every animal she found on the tree and where they’re located! Very cool stuff. Sail away Saturday! As much as I enjoy the parks, which is.... a lot, I REALLY love cruises. This was taken (with a much older camera) on my last Disney Fantasy sailing with @marcellasimplyenchantedtravel. Nothing quite like the ocean air, and watching the sun dip into the water each night. If you’re looking for ultimate romantic setting, get a reservation at REMY or PALO (depending on ship) overlooking the water right before sunset begins. Another Hollywood Studios shot! So I experienced a personal first, we went to Fantasmic and because a storm was threatening (they were announcing they may cancel), they ended up starting the show about 8 minutes early. During the finale sequence it began to rain pretty hard, but thankfully they finished the show. Shot wasn’t what I was looking for, but with people heading for the exits and the rain coming down, I ended up getting a decent shot of Mickey in action at the top of the mountain.
