it   should   be   noted   that   spawn   has   crafted   himself   a   few   polished   imitations   or   identities   that   serve   him   in   different   ways.

this   is   the   playful   murderer   that   he’s   crafted   from   the   inspiration   of   horror   movies.   his   favorite   being   scream.   this   version   of   himself   is   more   raw,   prone   to   tantrums   when   things   don’t   go   according   to   his   script   for   victims   &   things   of   the   like.   leaning   more   on   being   a   sultry   voiced   killer   who   loves   his   job   without   the   excuse   of   any   sort   of   backstory.   no   motive,   nothing   but   a   story   he   wishes   to   weave.   something   to   feed   on.

this   is   the   sweet,   team   oriented   survivor   that   he’s   built   off   of   the   traits   he   sees   in   others   admired.   traits   he   knows   people   view   as   trustworthy   and   good   for   one   reason   or   another,   it’s   a   complete   front   that   he   uses   in   case   he   needs   to   trojan   horse   his   way   back   into   the   entity’s   realm   in   order   to   kill   her.   and   what   better   way   than   to   hide   under   the   guise   of   a   survivor   who   seems   to   be   dripping   with   hope.

“   SPAWN   ”        

this   is   the   name   he   gave   himself,   knew   nothing   else   to   call   himself   but   this   is   what   lies   beneath   his   masks.   both   literal   and   metaphorical.   this   is   the   creature   closest   looking   to   the   entity   that   shifts   itself   as   you   stare   at   it.   limbs   are   familiar   to   an   arachnid,   but   the   horns   and   maw   are   more   indicative   of   the   influence   of   the   oni   mask   that   he   enjoys   so   much.
