Little woman recolours

I have recoloured a few objects from the great "little woman" set from @kerriganhouse.

From me are only the recolours the meshes I didn't make, the credits are visible in the description of the respective object in the game. For most objects it is essential that you download the mesh, otherwise the recolour won't work.

Most of the wood textures are from Sims4luxury and match her furniture.

Samantha's Play Pinafore Conversion - BGC

This was requested over on Patreon, and is my first time converting an outfit from child to adult. There was a lot of trial and error involved, but in the end it worked out well.

Like before, versions one (left) and three (right) are more inspired by the illustrations from Meet Samantha and are mesh edits of @linzlu’s Anne Apron. Version two (center) takes after the doll’s outfit and is a a size conversion/mesh edit of the apron from Cottage Living. (The skirt weights on V2 are not perfect, but I did compare it against the original mesh, so there wasn't much I could do).

Gath & Chaves Collection

The war is over my fellas! It’s time to go home to the family! Gath & Chaves was a department store in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Since 1883 it was the favorite store of the Buenos Aires high class. The store symbolized an era of prosperity of the country and was the meeting place of Buenos Aires elegance.

This set is representing an iconic symbol of Argentine men’s haute couture and a need for variety of options. This collection of collectors Comes in The Historian palette by @serindipitysims and several own swatches.

The Ophelia - 1800’s Nightgown

Happy Halloween! I don’t want to jinx it, but I think I may have finally overcome my crippling creative block. I was hoping to have this dress released by Halloween, and it actually happened. 

While it says 1800s nightgown, I feel like this dress has a lot of uses, so it’s not limited to sleepwear and comes in my standard 32 swatches. I’m so happy with how it turned out, and I hope you all enjoy it!

Polycount: from ~600 to ~5500. All LODs, normal and specular maps, custom icons.

The set includes silk beddings, decorative blanket and pillows [ 45 swatches ], bedframe, wardrobe, dresser, stand, mirror and fully functional vanity [ 16 swatches ], ottoman, chair, canopy and curtains [ 12-13 fabric colors for each wood tone, 200 swatches in total ]. I divided them into three packages: "BW" = "black&white", "WG" = "wood&gold", "WS" - "wood&silver". Custom icons are also marked this way. Some packages have linked textures to reduce the whole set size, so there MUST be packages with word "main" in your Mods folder for other files of the set to work.

In staunch opposition to some of the more austere, practical Darlington lookbooks that we’ve seen in this decade is Rosella Darlington in the early 1910s. Now twenty years old, she is the epitome of late Edwardian, pre-war fashion, with its flowing layers of fabric, high waistlines, and slimmer, full length dresses.

Through a combination of her own sewing skill and Lady Harrington’s gifts, Rosella’s wardrobe has matured immensely since her teenage years. She has moved away from childish elements like short hemlines and Peter Pan collars, instead leaning heavily into decadent fabrics and a modern silhouette. However, there’s still a sort of dreamy girlishness to all of her looks, highlighted by her pastel, rose, and white color palette.

She has also fully embraced the luxury that her younger wardrobe hinted at. Judging from her looks, she is far from a day maid who lives on a farm. Rather, her style tells the story of how she envisions herself. For this reason, there are elements of late Victorian fashion like puffed sleeves and dramatic hats that highlight her Edwardian style. These remind her of her grandmother, and make her looks even more fanciful than other, more modern wardrobes, like those Lady Georgiana Harrington epitomizes.

There is some overlap between Rosella and Lady Georgiana’s looks, notably in the outfit categories and jewelry. All of Rosella’s jewels are also seen in Georgiana’s lookbook, indicating that George shares her expensive items to make Rosella’s wardrobe possible. The exception to this is a small pair of pearl and ruby earrings that George gave to Rosella on her 18th birthday. Rosella wears these with many of her looks, from her finest evening gown to her morning dress, and I imagine that they are her most prized possession.
