30 tips and tricks for thin body So here are some of my favorite tips that I find really helpful (and true) for being thin… #1 Drink a cup of water right after you wake up, it gets your stomach working #2 Don’t drink diet coke, it still has sugars in it #3 Take contrast showers (hot water, cold water, hot water…) it gets your blood flowing and fat burning #4 Spinach has a very little amount of calories #5 If you don’t like sports or exercise take up walking. IT BURNS CALIRIES AND DOES SO MUCH GOOD #6 For fat burning the best exercise is intensive fitness (or any kind of cardio) or power yoga. #7 Don’t eat 4 hours before sleep #8 Always eat breakfast. If not, your body turns on suvivior mode and saves calories #9 Get a good night sleep #10 Drink green tea #11 Eat nuts and avacados but remember, they have fat. Healthy fat but still fat. #12 Avoid salt #13 Avoid sweetened yoghurt, they might say that it’s healthy or something but buying non-fat or sugar yoghurt and adding jam or berries is so much better #14 This is a hard one… Don’t weight yourself every day, you’ll go crazy. Weight doesn’t change that fast #15 Don’t stress if you’re not losing weight, sometimes you build muscle mass and burn weight but fat and muscle looks completly diffrent #16 Taking a fast day once in a while is not bad but once you don’t eat for 6 hours your metabolism slows down and you loose less calories #17 Eat as little processed foods as possible (pasta, rice, meat, sauces…) #18 Don’t eat sugary foods also don’t drink sugary drinks. Even juices, they have lots of sugar. Drink water, tea or fresh squeezed juices. #19 Pineapple burns calories #20 Half a grapefruit beforebreakfast helps you burn fat #21 When picking out food seasoning choose something without salt #22 Buy jeans that are a little bit too tight, it’ll keep you motivated #23 Sit with your back straight and abs flexed. That way you’ll strengthen your abs #24 Don’t just do 300 crunches and hope for a flat belly. No muscle needs that many repetitions, take up different ab workouts. #25 Don’t eat when you’re not hungry #26 Drink a big glass of water before every meal #27 Eat as slow as possible. Chew everything till it’s almost liquid, then swallow. #28 Stop eating before you’re full. #29 Don’t drink while eating or right after the meal. When you eat, you’re lighting a fire in your sromach, as you’re drinking you’re flushing it. #30 Keep yourself busy. Go wor a walk or a bike ride. Go shopping. Meet a friend. If you’ll sit at home watching tv shows, you will be more likely to stary binging BONUS TIP!! #31 Do things that make you happy.

Tea Facts
Black tea
Think black tea makes you feel good? You’re right. It’s been proven to help you de-stress fast. It also helps eliminate bad breath. Plus medical research indicates that it lowers the risk of heart attacks and strokes, and reduces bad cholesterol.
Green tea
Want to stay slim, trim and beautiful? The antioxidants in green tea just might slow signs of aging, prevent the flu and raise your metabolism. More dramatically, it’s being shown to prevent and slow cancer, and help with arthritis and bad cholesterol too.
Oolong tea
This one’s known as a fat-buster in China, and science is indicating that it does indeed speed up your metabolism, burn fat and block fat absorption! Use it to fight expanding waistlines, high blood pressure, diabetes and heart disease.
White tea
Science is saying that white tea might be more effective than even green tea at preventing cell damage, shrinking cancerous tumours and stopping the growth of cancer cells. Plus it’s becoming the new cosmetic fix for aging skin. Beautiful!
Pu’erh tea
Traditional Chinese medicine prizes Pu’erh as a wonder tea. It’s said to aid digestion, cleanse the blood and help with weight loss. Studies in Europe are also saying it busts cholesterol as effectively as some medications.
Rooibos tea
It’s said that rooibos helps you recover from hangovers, and that it could slow dementia. Plus there’s evidence that it fights skin cancer and boosts the immune system. And it’s supposed to help with insomnia!
Yerba tea
Yerba mate is a fabulous stimulant, without the jitters. It’s also full of antioxidants, so there’s scientific speculation that it could have anti-cancer properties, help stimulate the immune system and protect against disease.
Herbal tea
Herbs, spices, fruits and flowers have long been used in traditional medicine to cure everything from headaches, stomach bugs and colds to stress and insomnia. The power of the tea depends on its ingredients.

Skinny Recipe
One of my favorite meals that is 200 cals and under and tastes like dessert!
You need:
½ dry instant oats-150 1 Tbsp strawberry jam- 50 cals ¼ cup of water or unsweetened almond milk
Combine oatmeal and water/milk. microwave for 1 minute, Stir in table spoon of strawberry jam and microwave for 15 more seconds.
It is 200 cals exactly and tastes like strawberry shortcake. Definitely great for curbing dessert cravings.
*disclaimer if you use almond milk you add 8 cals so that would technically be over 200 cals but its still good and keeps you full for pretty much all day.

100 calorie stir-fry
Hey there! Since the 100 kcal spaghetti recipe seemed to be quite popular I thought I’d also share this recipe with you.
It makes one serving and it’s only 99 kcal in total!
I hope you have a lovely day! ♥
Ingredients
200g shirataki noodles (you can get those in Asian supermarkets) ~19 kcal
3g garlic ~4 kcal
75g onion ~21 kcal
30g carrots ~12 kcal
40g pepper ~17 kcal
20g spring onion ~8 kcal
10 ml soy sauce ~5 kcal
any sauce you like (I used 10 ml of hoisin sauce ~13 kcal)
Instruction
Rinse your shirataki noodles and put them into a non-stick frying pan. Don’t add anything else yet, we want to dry the noodles a bit to get rid of their rubber-ish texture. In the meantime you can cut your vegetables into small pieces. When the noodles start to shrink, you can add the garlic and the onions. Stir it from time to time and be careful to not burn them! When the onions start to turn a bit yellow/brown-ish you can add the rest of the vegetables. I like it when the vegetables have kind of a crunchy texture so I fry them only a bit but it obviously is up to you :) When you like the texture of your veggies add the sauce and maybe some seasoning. Fry it for approximately 2 more minutes and you’re done! Yay!
Variations
What I love about this recipe (besides that it’s really low-cal) is that you can change it up a lot by using different kinds of vegetables and sauces! You could also add chicken, shrimps, tofu, whatever! I had it with thai curry sauce as well but without carrots and paprika and it was great! I soon gonna try it with some bamboo sprouts and try to experiment with other sauces. If you decide to make it, I’d love to hear what sauce and veggies you used! I hope you guys enjoy this recipe as much as I do :)
