I am a mothim hybrid... sort of my situation is complicated. Anyways I have this really bad nervous habit of chewing on/eating my clothes when I'm anxious (lots of holey sleeves and chewed up scarves). Idk how to break this habit even if I do make my own clothes fabrics are expensive and idk what to do at this point

Hm. I’m no advice columnist, but is there any particularly cheap fabric you could get your hands on, such as ragcloths? I suppose even that could be challenging. See if there’s any local tailors who’d be willing to let you take their scraps from alterations? 🐺🍦
