i will always love him the most no matter what. cheshire cat devoting his whole life and existence to protect the only person he ever loved is so dear to me. he did that for more than 100 yaers w/o knowing if he will ever be able to see that person again. he waited fo so, so long. cheshire cat loving alyss whole-heartedly and with his whole being is exactly how i love each one of pandora hearts' characters. cheshire cat i will always love u the most and stay ur #1 believer.

this really means A WHOLE LOT to me bcz oz doesnt even know thats actually gil but automatically calls out to him. he unknowingly is thinking abt him in the back of his mind. oz's love for gil (specially gil being his no.1 and his one and only bestfriend) in the first half of the story will never come back to us and i will forever mourn this fact

i know by "once, i let something important slip by, without trying to find out the truth, 'cos i was scared of getting hurt." oz meant his relationship with his father. this was so important to him. he did all he could to gain his father's favor, he saw him as his role model, he thought his father was the greatest man in the world and thats why he needed to make him proud. but deep down he knew it was impossible and there was nothing he could do to ever gain that favor. he ignored all the signs bcz he was scared to know the reason his father didnt love him. he neither asked nor wanted to know why he loathed him. but he still DID get hurt. his fear DID come true. he let it slip by, but this doesnt change the fact that he got hurt in the worst possible way by that man. and remembering that moment and that memory still hurts his heart. i can see the light in his eyes, but the sorrow in them is stronger. BUT now hes looking for answer. answer to what is his sin. hes looking for that answer despite knowing it might not be what he wants to hear. hes scared, but is moving forward. hes scared, but doesnt want this fear to stop him.
