Long time no see! Right dear friends?

Due to update with scene for Forbidden Portal, it's time to celebrate it with headcanon!

It could be obvious but... according to Flight Rising wiki there is many arcane-aligned enemies because Forbidden Portal is place accesible with Coliseum being able to fight there.

That made me think of... what if Spacedad tried to create a Portal to other planet or dimension, but it seemt like a bad idea? It's what i've come first on my mind!

There is also a achievement "Someone hasn't readed the sign" which is associated with Forbidden Portal venue, which might say nearby is a sign with written warning!

According to description of venue, it was reactivated by some "fools" so it means it was shut down by Spacedad or other deities maybe by activity of World Pillar in past years, in many years and eons before first dragons was been existing...

And now, i've came with idea... Spacedad could also create Aether dragons to fight off dangers caused by this strange anomaly called as other dimension/planet.

It must be called "Forbbiden" because it must hold on very dangerous creatures and anomalies created eons ago...

All of creatures appearing in venue, looks rather unfamiliar with others maybe not saying about few ones examples: Terror Toad, Fear Frog or Calico Ferberus.

And this new scene is so amazing! I hope all of u are enjoying that i'm back!

Hey, it was been a while since i did posted here anything!

Happy New Year!

And a new headcanon coming up. Again, Arcanist! Have u ever thought how he created Starfall Isles?

I imagine it in simple way: His magic, is like all magic fluids apps - big smokes of magic, making everything be created. They are also dangerous, bc if he want he might make this magic explode to protect his children.

All arcane dragons have inborn power to overflow their surroundings with arcane magic. As we know, native breeds are Aethers and Faes so they both are very strong with using magic.

Faes, as my headcanon bipedal dragons they create magical bullets and spells from their front claws, just like mages in games uses their hands to summon magic.

For Aethers, it can be either their special orb on their tentacle (if having Space gene) or simply like Faes use their claws to summon any spells.

Here's how i imagine this arcane magic, if u want to experience it at all own, there's tons of free apps named magic fluid sim!

Here’s an impromptu history lesson. This is basically how the 3rd age went right?

Remember when i said i had no ideas for headcanons? Nevermind! Already got one lol

This time it will be fully dedicated to one of my most loved dragon breeds - faes!

As we know, most skilled magically dragons can be mentioned faes. Imagine, they uses their magic to accelerate their flight and fly as fast as pigeons

Or, they can use magic to fastly summon a bullets from magic and kill whatever insect they want to and then eat it.

About their hunting tactics i also thought about them smashing beehives with magic, stunning all bees with spell and eat bees if really desperate for food. Same with ants!

Faes as the native breed for Starwood Strand, makes them natural dominant species of dragon in this subregion, and basically in all Sornieth. (yes, they are called plentiful breed for a reason)

In ice, fire and lightning territories it could be troublesome to survive without good preparations and support of other dragons. The reasons is:

- Fae isn't suppossed to naturally live in desert, due to lack of water it could make them weak instantly bc of dehydration

- In fire, they could have big troubles with finding any insects, obviously there is too dangerous to be living any insects, so they would starve

- For ice there is similiar reason like these above but combined - there is extremly cold, Faes unlike the Tundras or Gaolers, doesn't haves natural fur and it would must use many layers of clothes to survive, and this could weigh them down so flying in so much clothes would be... rather a nightmare? And yes, another obvious reason is in ice there almost doesn't lives insects

Faes despite of their weaknesses, they reproduce fast and live in big colonies often made with tons of their kind, but my headcanon adds the Skydancers are also happily welcomed in their colonies

Their huge colonies often can't be too long in one place, or it will end up falling all roosts onto ground and some serious damage to every of colony members, the best examples are the cliffs or trees

Faes also are hard to understand due to their complex frill language, one of users decided to draw all their frill translations of emotions, basing on fae emotes on Flight Rising. It's amazing!

Ahaha, yes sorry guys i had lack of my stupid ideas for headcanons, let me say for some differency the lore of my fav dragon

Meet Kazuu, the Arcane Scholar. The appretince of astronomist, son of the royalty which picked being a Scholar, instead of being Prince.

He is the first of my royalty to be a son which haves primal eyes from the day when he hatched from egg.

His mom, Orchid is a daughter of Arcanist so he is grandson of Arcanist. Kazuu strongly believes that his primal arcane eyes are a pure blessing from Arcanist, proving his strenght of magic.

Kazuu as scholar studies only magic and space. He survived a cataclysm just like his grandpa - once noticed on a sky, strange objects that weren't any of moons, and any of stars. His curiosity leaded him to climb on top of Observatory to watch it, but then felt that this something tried to attack him, he instantly flied away as fast as possible.

His starsilks and cloak of the cosmos, was been a gifts from his parents to celebrate his coming into adulthood, Kazuu always wanted to become as wise, as his grandpa Arcanist. About the butterflies on him, i can tell they are just his smol buddies that lives with him.

Book contains all knowledge which is meant to be about magic and space, the magical sign above his head only proves his strenght.

Moonbeam Aqueduct is favorite place of Kazuu to watch stars, as well as swimming in it during summer for fun, as well as swimming in winter and heating up water with magic slightly, to feel like at the hot springs.

I think i have sort of nostalgia to him, i wanted to share it with u! This lil guy haves special place in my heart, from the moment he born, till forever.

Hey there!

It is time for some headcanons about the best subregion of Starfall Isles. Starwood Strand! (And there is tons of my Arcane neighbours!)

Starwood Strand is honestly, one of the most beautiful subregions. It is a bioluminescent forest, where i headcanon it lives most of Starfall Isle's fauna, including Starfall Celebration familiars. The forest itself cannonicaly is also a motherland for my beloved dragon breed, Faes!

I also headcanon, it is second favorite place of Arcanist, he just loves vibing there and laying on grass, watching stars (and yeah, who cares there is light pollution? we have magic, so let's don't care about logic here) and watching over his denizens of Starwood Strand, along with one of my dragons named Kel. (I can tell about her in other post if u want!)

The scene which uses dragon, named Arcanist (yes, this user exists but admins uses it only to annouce Starfall Celebration event) is called Arcanist's Domain and yes. Look at it. It's basically a Starwood Strand! No other subregion could have such comparable traits.

Fun Fact: From one Banner update, every subregion (not only for Arcane Flight!) we have banners that shows specific subregions. This one is for Starwood Strand

Hey there! Today i will tell u some lore of The Arcane Clan. They have annual tradition, of every Starfall Celebration visit Spacedad and give him hugs!

My Clan is mostly skydancers, faes and aethers so u can only imagine tons of smol dragons cuddling their deity!

If i would be able to do arts i could draw it, unfortunely i'm not best with making any arts, my drawings are shitty honestly haha

Hey! Another headcanon!

Well, i want to say... my headcanon is Aether dragons was been one of very first Ancient dragons that learned to make very good vechicles, before Modern dragons.

The proof is, that Aether dragons probably are the first dragon breed that explored space on its own. We know, they are called "descedants of stars" so it could basically mean they are experts of space travelling. (Yes, i am aware now we can send into space any dragon due to Aprill Fools' scene)

On this image, last from Ancient Arcane teaser before releasing Aether dragons here is the proof they have spaceships. For sure, they are first dragons which managed to live in space.

And yes. We already have a space-themed scene! It means every dragon can discover space, if they wants to!

Hey guys!

Another headcanon time? Yes, of course! This time it will be all about Aether dragons. Have u noticed that they have 2 specific tertiary genes, only for ancient breeds?

So first it will be Stinger. It adds a Stinger on tail of Aether, and some spikes. This Stinger can be used like a wasps uses - stinging as many times as they want, since if their stingers would be like bees, what would be the point of Arcanist letting them die bc they stinged? In this way Aethers with Stingers would be extinct and don't survive times when Faes born. (The same gene was been later added for Auraboa dragons!)

Second one is Space, it adds fancy tentacle with orbs on it, on head of Aether along with smaller tentacles on their body, nearby wings. The function of big tentacle on head could be like a whip, smashing enemies if angry (yes it sounds silly) and all of these orbs could glow and make Aethers magic stronger. Their additional tentacles can serve as hands.
