Randy Blair

I sort of redesigned Randy a little bit- reason is to distance him more from the Martyr Randy called "Randy Warren". From now on he goes by Randy Blair. He has his own separate identity from Randy Warren and is his own character, I hope people understand :) Any drawings I make of him now on will be this version of him.

It’s only a small redesign, he‘ll stay a ginger for the rest of time, depriving him of a soul 🖤

In the future I will also let Jeff go by Jeffrey Redwood, separating him from the original version and giving him his own character and story. Same will go for Keith and Troy.

For tagging purposes, I will continue to use the tag 'Randy Warren' but do know that he is separate version. I will also do the same with the tag 'Jeffrey Woods'.

Randy’s [OUTDATED] Lore Drop Pt2

After burning Jane’s house and failing to get rid of both her and Jeff, he goes and incriminates Jeff, buying that iconic white mask and black hair wig, and writing a note, signing it as if it was Jeff’s doing. Jeff was very gaslit into thinking he had burned Jane’s place… It’s safe to say, he was a bit pissy when he found what Randy had plotted.

He collects Teeth, and ever since he lost his eyes, he developed an interest in collecting some pretty glass eyes. He has collected many of Jeff’s teeth in a little bag, and the big ones he has even made daggers out of them.

One of his prized possessions is a Black Leather jacket with shoulder Spikes he bought some years before the truce. He got some fancy Bath salts for himself before shit went down, and is still to use them, it was and still is one of the most impulsive buys of him.

He has stopped going by Randy for a long while, only Jeff calls him that anymore. Is not like he meets new people, but in the sparse times he does, he introduces himself with his full name. His new nickname is Rory, which Jeff came up with since it means “Red King” which fits him well.

He enjoys tinkering with electronics and mechanics, can hijack a car, and knows how to get oil changes and everything. He has an old motorcycle he cares for dearly, which he and Jeff sometimes use to get from place A, to place B. But most commonly they’ll go by bike since it’s more reliable, and, most importantly, quiet. Still, he loves it when he and Jeff go together on the Motorcycle, it’s the proudness he feels when Jeff is hugging his back, it gets him all smug.

And some [OUTDATED] Randy Lore drop, I think It’s interesting at least, but again, this is old stuff I will be changing for the future. Thought You guys would like to see how things were, ya know?.

Randy:

He is Argentinean, and, after an accident left him without his parents, he was sent to live with his uncle in the United States. His relationship with his uncle is very… meh. Like, he is a good uncle, but just that, an uncle, and he clearly never wanted to be a father, so they are more like roommates. Idk what economic situation they should be in, yet Randy is and was always very, and I mean VERY greedy and held onto everything. He holds grudges way too long. He has a fascination with seeing people crying and is very confused about it, but has resigned to just enjoying that part of himself instead of trying to explain it.

He is both very sensible to pain and extremely resistant to it, it truly depends on his mental state. For example, when he loses his leg? he finds it hilarious instead of kneeling in pain about it. But he was very stingy with his eyes. Which, funny enough, he loses his eye because Keith attacked him- (it’s a long story)

He doesn’t like dogs and kinda fears them. He also has claustrophobia thanks to being locked in the morgue after he was believed to be dead. Has panic attacks sometimes, both in situations he has no control over and in closed spaces once it’s been a while.

Not picky with food, will eat absolutely anything… but fucking LOVES strawberry shit. His favorite is strawberry shortcake.

Long ago Someone inspired me to draw a Hanahaki-diseased Randy, so, here it is.

For those who don’t know, Hanahaki disease is a fictional disease affecting those with a one-sided love/crush. Flowers start to grow in their lungs, draining the person’s energy. It ends when the love is returned, or in death, perfect to write a bittersweet/angsty fanfic.

For this one, Randy has been crushing on Jeff for a long ass time, not even accepting the fact himself. Till, well, it gets that bad.

Mmmmm- Enemies to Lovers is like a stew, gotta simmer for a bit, making sure to put potatoes and other such moments to give it more flavor and sense. Else it's just hot water without depth- GOTTA MAKE IT SLOW GOTTA MAKE THEM SUFFER IN TIME PEOPLE-

Rambles about Jandy/Bloodshot ship (AKA JEFF X RANDY)

OKAY SO, I usually hate Enemies to Lovers and usually i don't have the patience to enjoy a good Slow Burn...

But strangely when they are paired up together i go absolutely feral for it. Like Enemies to Lovers but it's very slow to give the characters time to get character development first, and then think about being together. THAT IS MY JAM. I love the "I hated the jerk you once were but i love the person you've become and I'm proud of your growth" trope. Relationships of all kind take mutual work, growth and communication to be happy and healthy. And seeing those characters put in that work and effort to better their relationship makes me giggly.

So yeah, that's what i'm doing for Randy x Jeff in my AU. I don't ship them in the "Canon" story. That would be toxic AF. But because of the VERY specific circumstances of my AU...That just so happened to be the ship that made the most sense to me for a few reasons. Firstly, i knew i wanted Jeff to have a love interest of some kind for Hurt/Comfort reasons. Secondly, I knew it couldn't just be another Creepypasta killer/monster. And thirdly, It had to be someone who would have strong reaction to Jeff's memory loss and be a foil to Liu. And Randy so happened to have checked all those boxes.

Plus, I felt like Randy had the potential to be a very interesting morally gray character. A interesting way to explore the complexities of guilt and how it can make people to grow into better version of themselves or the opposite. I got too many ideas for him...*Starts evil cackling in the background.*

TLDR: In my AU, Jeff and Randy have the most casually traumatic 20 year long Slow Burn ever.

Behavior

Nagas can only tolerate their kind to a fault, they are territorial and wish the be left alone. Unless, of course, they are in the company of their partner/s.

There are many kinds of Nagas, but they are classified into two main kinds:

Soft-bellies: As their name indicates, they have softer belly scales, which makes them extremely fast. This adaptation is seen in Swamp, Costal, and Forest Nagas.

Tough-scaled: As such, these Nagas have a tougher layer of scales. This adaptation can be seen in two main places, Mountain and Desert Nagas.

Nagas are masters at magic to a fault. Their big bodies process their food and transform it into mana energy and they create so much of it that the excess sweeps onto the area around them. This is a huge advantage, as plants with mana grow exponentially, attracting prey. The more mana, the better prey.

However, this is also dangerous, as it can attract predators that a naga would have trouble to dispatch. This is believed to be the reason why nagas isolate themselves from their specie.

However, Mountain nagas are an oddity. They are one of the bigger genes, and their tough scales don’t let their mana spread as much. As such, they are one of the weird species that tend to conglomerate and share a space with the others. It has been found that their dens tend to connect through subterranean passages.

Unlike snakes, nagas are good parents to their hatchlings. They feed them and start to teach them skills that will help them in the future, especially hunting strategies and crafts such as weaving and blacksmithing. Once the hatchling is big enough, it’ll be kicked out of its parent's den and be left to be around the territory till it can defend itself against other nagas.

That period is also when they hone in on their magic types, as it can be a dangerous process for their bodies.

Dens

One thing all nagas have in common is their need to make burrows and subterranean caves and dens to inhabit. These living spaces always have a central main area, where they create their nest with soft materials like pelts, leaves, and other fibers. And a “Fridge” area, which is located in the coldest zone possible, where they maintain their provisions for later consumption.

However, some have found some other accommodations in abandoned dens, like a treasure chamber, gardens, and even thermal waters among others.

A naga has two options, they can start and make their den and its chamber from zero, or find a nest. They can find an abandoned nest, or take over an occupied one by challenging the owner. When a naga wants to gain more territory, they’ll mark the place by just being around it, making their excess Mana, making the zone grow, and attracting prey. However, if the zone has already been claimed, the challenger has to find the territory owner and fight for the right of the terrain. If the challenger wins, the other will abandon both the zone and the den. If the opposite happens, the challenger will back off.

Most young nagas will nest on the skirts of their parent’s territory till they can have a territory of their own.

(Character summery) Randy ended up mellowing out over the years after he disappeared for many years. He went from troublesome town bully when he was 13 to a surprisingly kind grown man, who likes to spend his time playing guitar on the streets of town. No one knows what had happen to him while he was gone, but one thing for sure. Something is different about him...Other than him being a queer punk hippie who lives in the forest.

NOW- For starters, how did they reconnect after so many years? Was Randy always invested in Jeff?

Randy has always been a bit invested in Jeff, although he wouldn’t phrase it like that. He was really jealous of Jeff throughout the entire time he bullied Jeff. Randy was jealous Jeff was stronger than him, way cooler than him and had two parents who mildly cared about him.

And how they reconnected is a bit of spoiler territory, but I can confirm they reconnected after Jeff moved back with his aunt after Uni. Jeff was just way too good of a brother for his own damn good and Randy had to save him from nearly being murdered.

How did Randy and Jeff’s families take them being together? or do they hide their relationship from the rest of the world?

Jeff lost his parents when he was 15 and Randy’s parents lost Randy around the same time. So by the time they reconnected, they didn’t really need to hide what they felt for each other. Honestly, the only person who has a problem with Randy hanging out with Jeff is Liu.

How did Randy become a wolf monster? do you have a design for his other form (going into Werewolf logic here, where you have the human, and then the werewolf form? And to answer your question, without going in spoilers, Randy just kind of went missing for a few years after The flare gun incident. When he finally did come back to town, he was completely “different”. He doesn’t speak to his parents, friends or really anyone for that matter anymore. He’s rarely seen in town now, he’s usually just there to buy cigarettes, visit Jeff and play street music for some extra cash, and then he returns to the forest.

If anyone asks Randy where lives now he just answers he lives with his uncle…Randy’s parents don’t have any brothers…

Also I’m still working on his design, I was planning on doing it today but now I’m sick and it’s probably gonna take a bit <:(

Just a silly what-if scenario that i've been thinking about after reading everything: What would've happened if Randy accidentally shot himself instead? with Jeff and the others as witness. How would things turn out? Me and a friend have pondered this scenario and have had come up with some ideas, but i think it'd be even better to have the main writer himself come up with smthn!!! [I need my Jeff and Randy sustenance] It's obvious that they're in a way Parallel to eachother. Experience wise and stuff, that has even been kind of confirmed within' the fiction itself! Jeffrey before this moment has bonded with Randy; and as we later came to find out in the Randy chapter: Randy shared mutual feelings within' that regard. However it was yada yada dad is a bitch stuff that kind of ruined everything. The accident with the flare was, in a way, Jeff's final straw. However what if he didn't get this final straw? atleast not just yet.. and just witnessed his (right now) 'Frenemy' over here, accidentally shoot himself due to his slippery hands?

Randy would've gotten the best plastic surgery money can buy and likely gotten tons of public sympathy.
