For a while now, I have wanted to do a rendition of this Album Cover “The fool in her Wedding Gown” by The Crane Wives.

The song “Tongues and Teeth” always makes me think of this bastard.

In my version of events, Keith has a pretty obvious crush on Randy, which, never really gave it that much thought. Years later, he still feels like an asshole for giving his buddy any kind of hope.

Things like love had always been seen as a complicated drama he wanted no part in. Combine that with a very internalized homophobia at the time, while also being confused about his own identity.

Nowadays he knows himself better, yet, maybe it was for the better that things never got serious.

My color sketches with Randy and Jeff. For now these are their main outfits (but I still think I'll change the color of Jeff's hoodie, I don't really like it) and the main feature of their look is their clothes together. This is how they emphasize their love and loyalty to each other. Jeff wears Randy's red hat, and Randy wears Jeff's iconic white hoodie. And I think it's cute :3

For the longest of time, I miss-remembered the og story, and I really though Jeff killed Randy by smashing his head with a baseball bat.

Safe to say, that’s not what really happened, oops. However… it’s too iconic to forget, making it cannon in my version of them!

Also, last update, yes, finally have made my mind, my Jeff is albino and, despite what he might say, legally blind, do NOT trust his ass driving any car-

Jeff is the most affectionate one of the two, and he is not ashamed of it. Still, they both like to make a lil comment to tease each other. Old habits never die with them.

Also, another cute detail is that Randy calls Jeff “Fry” cause JefFry, Fry as in small fish cause when they met, Randy was taller, and cause he got fried huehuehue
