Does anyone ever think about Rocket learning that Floor is a rabbit and then he promptly gets confused cause Thor called him a rabbit once. Cause I do.

Hear me out.

Au where Lylla survives, alongside Teefs and Floor of course, but they get separated while escaping. So Rocket assumed they are dead, but then they reunite with Rocket much later into their lives.

And then they all become a team together <3

"Bunny!" Nezuko runs over to the animal, gently picking it up and held it close to her chest, placing a soft kiss on it's head.

🐇| Floor makes a happy little squeak of glee, waggling her front paws happily. A new friend! She tries to make sure her mechanical limbs don't hurt the sweet girl. She'd hate for that to happen.

"Hello! Me be called Floor! Me thanks sweet girl for the hugs!"

As you can tell I'm a Pokemon nerd so here are my headcanons for what Batch 89 would be as Pokemon:

Lylla is a Buizel or a Dewott. Both are otters (Buizel's a water weasel but that's basically an otter).

Floor would be a Scorbunny or a Buneary. Sadly there are no lop eared bunny Pokemon, but I can see either one of these as Floor in Pokemon form.

Teefs is a Walrein. The only Walrus Pokemon currently.

Rocket is a Zigzagoon. It's our only raccoon Pokemon right now.

Lylla could honestly be terrifying if pushed. There's a reason why otters are in the same family as honey badgers and wolverines.

Oh I had no idea honey badgers were mustelids. The more you know! I know otters can be vicious animals already, so I already know she'd be just as terrifying as Rocket if pushed to her limits.

Rocket ripped the dude's face to pieces when Lylla died. Lylla would definitely think about doing that exact thing if she were in Rocket's place. However, she'd hate to squander what Rocket sacrificed to save them. She'd wanna try and get the rest of their friends to safety. That'd be her top priority, not getting revenge.

Would she gladly get revenge later on if she can? Oh absolutely.

What if Lylla and rocket swapped places?

NOOOOOOO That'd be just as saaaad.

However, I do wanna talk about this cause this is an interesting question. What if Lylla was in Rocket's place? Lylla seems like a very gentle soul, but I think she would be just as devastated to lose Rocket. However, I think she would immediately take Floor and Teefs and try and get both of them out with her as fast as possible. Learning how to fly a ship on the spot. Teefs seems a bit slow moving with his wheels so I don't really know if he'd manage to escape, but Floor would.

I think over time, losing her soulmate would take a toll on her. Especially if she and Floor also lost Teefs in the process of escaping. She'd probably be a bit more open and gentle than Rocket is. Still badass with a gun and in a fight, but a little less grumpy and snarky and cynical. Easier to get along with when she first meets the Guardians with Floor and Groot.

🦦| Lylla lets out a small sigh as she swims around in the pool in the Guardian's base. A pool that the others made for her so she could give in to her otter instincts. So she could swim around like the otter she is. A gesture she is so grateful for.

There's toys inside for her to chew on, for her to play with. Enrichment in her Enclosure as Peter jokingly calls it. She barely understands the reference, having read up on the proper care of Earth animals in zoos on said planet.

She raises a mechanical paw above her head and just stares at it, getting lost in her thoughts.

🐇| Floor tilts her head as she skitters around the Bowie. Music is playing through the speakers and she might possibly be dancing. It's hard to tell with her spider limbs. Dancing also looks like her just walking.

She's humming along happily though! She freezes when she hears footsteps, pinkish red eyes going wide as she seems to have been caught.
