Since Ryuki's route made it clear Claris and Allan are buddies, and Gill's route made it obvious Claris and Allan have, like... some strange succubus abilities and adjacency to Celestia, I have to assume they're fallen gods (like fallen angels), especially since Allan in particular has been wanting to return to Celestia and Claris has a stake in getting MC to fall in love.

With this development in Raul's route (we've spent a little too much time pondering why Cupid is traditionally depicted male), I wonder if Allan may have been Cupid before our beloved MC, and that's why the depiction of Cupid is male?
