Kim Dokja treated Han Sooyoung as a companion but Han Sooyoung saw Kim Dokja as only a reader.)

Lives together (and they were roommates): Singshong already said in their interview for the simplified chinese release that Kim Dokja's dream of 'Buying a big house and living together with everyone' is shared by Yoo Joonghyuk too.

SingShong's version and Lee Hakhyun's version must be similar because Lee Hakhyun is the author of the World after the Fall but in ORV it is said that TWATF is written by SingShong (Kim Dokja says this while on the train with Yoo Sangah, prior to the start of the scenarios). I haven't read TWATF myself but I've read a spoiler which said that TWATF is actually written (in-novel, meta) by Jaehwan himself, however I don't have insight on this. Lee Hakhyun also completely disregards that fact and never actually mentioned it.

if I had to say something further about LHH thinking he's dreaming because he saw YJH fighting naked, it would be that seeing YJH naked made him think he's dreaming.

Something that occurred to me when I saw your post about heroine referring to Kim Dokja’s love interest: any chance that Lee Hakhyun might have been talking about the Punisher? She only showed up for a very short period of time, Yoo Joonghyuk (and therefore the Punisher) was created to save Kim Dokja, and the Punisher is someone Kim Dokja shows obvious interest in in his narration.

I wouldn't completely write her off because singshong love the vagueness of that particular section but it's not like they have ever expanded on that part later on. Four seasons have been completed and it was never mentioned again
