Finally after a week or something working in this redesign for Kaito Sasaki. Along with redesigns for how his power works.

Notes:

- The way Kaito's quirk works now is that he absorbs electrons from the air and expels them as a form of electro kinesis

- The support items on Kaito's arms allow him to use his electro kinesis as grapples, similar to Spider-Man

- The way the grapples work is the electricity is shot out from the support item, and latches to conductive materials. He can latch on to non-conductive materials but he has to be quicker since there's a time limit for how long he can sustain it

- and finally the two stages of his power. Stage One allows him to tap into the power and use it freely and for a longer time period than Stage Two. Stage Two he absorbs more electrons, in the case where he absorbs too many electrons, he begins to suffer from what I call "Electrical Leakage" where the amount of electrons leaking out are arcs of made of lightning. At a certain point where he suffers long enough from the leakage he can suffer from scarring, internal bleeding, and the most severe, nervous system damage.
