♥ IT’S ICHIHIME WEEK 2019! ♥

If you’re familiar with this yearly event, you’ll know this is an entire week dedicated to the canon, sweet, endearing, and lovely pairing of Ichigo Kurosaki and Orihime Inoue from Tite Kubo’s Bleach. This event will take place starting on the 18th of August, through the 24th of August.

You know how it goes; this is a chance for fans to post any and all kinds of IchiHime content based off a set list of prompts (provided below). I encourage all IH fans to contribute fanart, graphics/edits, fanfics, playlists, analyses, headcanons, fan videos, and other content for this week-long celebration! However, as a general reminder: all content created must be original (no editing someone else’s work and claiming it as your own). Additionally, this event is intended as a positive celebration for our favorite pairing, so please refrain from creating content with malicious intent!

His ideal type is someone he can talk easily and be comfortable with. In Ichigo’s case, I think he’s someone who likes spending time with the person he likes and share their burdens together. With that said (Ichigo whose love interest is Inoue), I think someone like Orihime would be perfect.

On the first page, after the 5, Renji calls Ichigo over to talk away from the other three where they can’t hear the conversation, then we get this:

“…Isn’t it about time you made things clear, too?” Renji said. Ichigo twisted his neck as if to say “huh?” “Don’t play dumb… I mean about Orihime.” “Wha…!?”

Then the next page:

Even though he knew she wasn’t close enough to hear, Ichigo looked at Orihime to see her reaction. Orihime was between Uryuu and Sado, having a seemingly fun conversation. “You’re in love with her, right?” “…That’s…!” Ichigo was at a loss for words at Renji’s directness. “You shouldn’t make such a nice girl wait for so long.” “…I know,” he answered in a voice that seemed to vanish. “…Still… Don’t act so high and mighty all of a sudden…! Since you waited around several decades…”

So Ichigo mutters about how Renji shouldn’t act so high and mighty since he waited around for several decades. For Ichigo and Orihime’s exchange on the fourth page, this post is correct. The only thing is a small bit from Ichigo’s line that’s missing:

Ichigo: “There’s… something (I want) to talk about, so can you make time for me next time?”
