Internship 1

I gott o do an internship with Studio Breisky.
One of the tasks I got to finish, included stamping letters digitally. I needed to clean the original file, crop and set it transparency. Then reference the Czech word file and copy paste the text letter by letter.
It was interesting and a new approach on how to work with a mix between digital and traditional media.

It was a very enjoyable project overall, even if I felt like I let down my lecturer and cveouldn’t find a proper way to communicate with her.
I am still pleased with the result of this journey, and am very happy to have made this magazine into reality.
I can’t wait to include it in my portfolio.

Photography proceedure
since all photographs couldn’t be connected by theme/subject/etc. I chose to connect them by editing them the same way - I used a gradient map on all photographs and then ran them trough bitmap

Let’s create a Logo...oh the horror
Let’s start by finding a nice match of typography for the entire magazine
Roboto Slab and Alegreya are the final Choice
Now using one of these and being smart maybe a logo couuuuld......
NOPE OH GOD NO
Let’s try out some different fonts for the logo...
Okay apparently Nikotinous is my best choice here...let’s me jsut tweak that a liiiiiiiiiiiiiitle bit....

Colors inspirations
I wanted some colors inspired by some sort of Hawaii feeling, so that meant including pastels and soft tones
