Is there any trick to drawing Robin's hair and mask? How do you draw them?

It took me a LOT of drawings to finally get what I want with Robin’s hair. And believe me when I say I drew a lot of Robins already.

Take note that this is how I do it (or how I’ve been doing it lately -pls don’t refer to my old Robin arts omfg hissss). You don’t have to follow it but if you’re curious…

For real, you don’t have to do all the details on Robin’s hair. You don’t have to draw each pretty strand or make it oh so flow with the wind or subject to gravity, c’mon the guy gels it. But then again, this is how I work.
