Gosh all the deaths were so sad 😭

I just going to say this now as I love Joel, but he really cared for Jimmy and Grain. Okay first, Joel gave both of them so many kills. He would always encourage them to push a minecart for a kill. Joel barely got any because of that. He also admitted that he was going to sacrifice himself so Jimmy wouldn't be first out again. That's so heartbreaking. Then when Joel was running out of time Grian offered to let Joel kill him yet he refused because he wanted to keep Grian alive, he didn't want to take his time agian. Grian also said this, "Joel reaches a point where he just loses his mind completely... Jimmy's death has kind of an adverse effect on him." Stating that Joel really wanted to keep Jimmy alive and now doesn't want to lose Grian, or make him go out faster. Now I think that this is all happening because he's been alone for every single series besides double life because he was somewhat forced too be with Etho. And the way he went out is just so, gah.

Anyways! I am currently making a mini fanfic about Joel! Should I post it on just here? Orrr should I also put it on Archive on Our Own (don't know the shortened version)?

I've got something..

Okay, hear me out, I have a thought for Joel and Grain in limited life. So, what if, because Joel is teamed with grain and grain has NEVER been the boogyman and Joel LOVES to be boogyman. What if grain uses his admin powers and somewhat influences Joel to do things unintentionally. For example. In episode 4 (Joel's perspective), he goes to the top of the clockers tower thing and is trying to kill BDubs and Grain is up there with him. And BDubs gets "boxed" in yet no, he didn't and it was Cleo who was like, hidden. (I don't know this scene very well bare with me 🥲). ANYWAYS! Grain then goes to say, "Open it up, open it up". Referring to dropping the tnt minecart onto the boxed up BDubs. So in my brain Grain somewhat controlled Joel to kill him. Idk if this makes any sense but it has been on my mind for a while.
