it's worse when I'm constantly gaslighting myself because I don't function WELL, but I function well enough that it feels like I'm faking my problems, and I just convince myself I might be

most likely tbh. My mom has diagnosed anxiety(and undiagnosed adhd, even if she tries to deny it) & compares me to her ask the time saying "where did you think you got it from?" CONSTANTLY, and her & my friends are confident about me being autistic so I wouldn't be surprised?

It just feels wrong saying I have things when I'm only diagnosed with adhd, despite knowing I def have more going on

the only diagnosis I have for anything is adhd, but the doctor also said I was likely autistic. But I have no clue if either of those are the problem cuz idk enough

thankfully I only was harasssed in 9th & 10th grade, cuz now that just don't acknowledge my existence. it's only bad in gym when I'm on a team and they don't include me. I might just have social anxiety or SOMETHING because being perceived at all does in fact freak me out to no end
