I always wanted to have more protein (meat) on my plate when I was a little child. However, learning about fitness, I found that half of my plate should have been fruits/vegetables and only ¼ of my plate should have been protein. Gonna take some getting used to, but I do feel less bloated when I eat my veggies and fruits.

Proud to be natural. I love my coils. Since I haven’t stressed my hair for the past 2 months, my hair has become stronger, longer, and healthier. The wigs are a convenient and protective style that works out
