We look at how Amtrak is operating to allow maximum efficiency and safety. The pictures are 195(10-27-2024) @1:02PM and 2271(10-27-2024) @1:06 both southbound on track 2.

On October 5th, 2024, The Maryland and Delaware Railroad operated the Fall Excursion for the fall festival in Hurlock, DE. The train takes you through the countryside into Federalsburg. The trip was about 45 minutes. This may vary well be the last time it happens as the MDDE becoming part of Delmarva Central Railroad. Baltimore & Ohio Railroad Museum diesel day, 9-21-24 behind the scenes.

This was a very fun day, although during the event I didnt get much action, after was a totally different story. I got to see a parade of equipment. Also Conrail 8905 with a nice cut, including a GG1 being moved.

A very cool railfanning spot, located in the mountains of West Virginia, is the historic town of Harpers Ferry. I was able to see the Capital Limited and MARC Brunswick Line in action. Including a FRA Office of Safety DOTX 221! Please consider giving the video a watch and sharing it.
