Hi anon !! thank you so much for the question <3 I would like to think we are so super adventurous (when Lapis manages to get me out of the house) and we like doing thrilling things ! This could be going to amusement parks to go on scary rides, Lapis riding his motorbike at high speeds while I cling to him (for dear life), orrrr simply just looking for things like lil creatures while exploring a creek or shore or something ! we're just lovers who love nature and fun :)

So since 17 and 18 are Muslims in your headcanon, I think the reason why their beliefs and traditions weren't wiped when Dr Gero did a memory wipe to them was (mushing my headcanon with yours) was because the Doctor himself was also Muslim and at least had a bit of sympathy for them !

OHHH THATS SUCH A GOOD IDEA !!! honestly, in my head, I like to think that after watching his wife practice her religion, Lapis started to as well ! Then that just lead to Lazuli joining in !!
