Shippers - the bane of my hatred for fandoms. Ruining any sane moment with over indulgence and delusion... it's one thing to ship fictional characters but when they spill that over to the actors or ship real people!! Hate it!!

Was scrolling through Tay's IG account and found myself grinning like a fool at his "history lessons". Why did he stop his silly posts? Getting random fun meter tag style igstory wouldn't be too bad... just hope they aren't 2 months apart or something. Consistency Taylor! Have some mercy on your fans.

Of course the writer involved in Dark wolf is a zio. It's gonna be a repeat of merican assassin...

Can't have good things ever and here I was happy for Tay's starring projects. Can he please choose better projects with good people at the helm.

Now I'm more worried of the reception if the incompetent writers churn out predictable plot like S1. The eps they did have writing credits for were criticised for poor plot and that's what is needed for an espionage conspiracy thriller…

I doubt the audience will stand up for him like they did for prat (since it was all due to political leanings, which he absolutely can't benefit off of)

Started 21 bridges Ray edit and realised how grainy the video is. To top it off most scenes are dark and out of the condensed 10 min cut, half of the scenes have Taylor masked ;(

Just hoping I do good with it.

Side note: Taylor's character Ray gives off Two face vibes, just the character design.. with the coin flipping and scarred face. And for a movie named bridges, there was hardly any car chase scene. The 2 of the 3 face off end up in a room with cops barging inside (actually even the final one --)

The death scene in the middle of the movie is so unexpected... like what! Completely anticlimactic. Killed any intent to finish watching the movie. Also for some reason it hurt to see Ray gasp his last breaths. The pain in his eyes ;; Ouch. I would have cried if I weren't annoyed lol.

Also, I read a few mean spirited comments how Taylor played a character that's not a main bad guy but a side character... to them f off! Seeing how other actors' characters were handled, they weren't any well off. Seems like big names joined this movie because of the names of the directors/creator.

With whatever Taylor was given, he did great! It's just too bad that the movie seems like it was directed by a rookie with sub par script. And like most of the time, Taylor is caught up in a poorly directed scripted project :l

So many thoughts, so many feelings… Ben ;; I wanted to know more about him, how he was helping James, who was his confidant because someone must have been needed to activate his fake persona/ID (person he talked to after changing getup). The reason that he wanted his friends to go down in glory and not ill was really such a terrible excuse. Unbelievable. Unacceptable. Unforgivable. Like who are you to make such a decision without the person’s knowledge on top of that! I do not buy it.

Ben regrets that James family was caught in the crossfire and that’s why he helped him through his revenge plan. The grim sadness that never leaves his eyes as he watches his friend execute cruel punishments, knowing there is no going back from this, realising what his own end might be like. But he is prepared to face it, but not ready enough to confess. He’d rather hideaway with James if they’d just abandon at the last moment, conceal his involvement forever. But truth always comes to light.

I’ll be ignoring that he is the supposed mastermind for the tragedy. The plot loophole that others involved would have known of his friendship with James, yet no one reaches out to him or contacts him (was his connection to the ploy unknown to higher authority). Even the feds didn’t approach/question him.

I’m not looking forward to the prequel considering what roles certain supporting cast is playing. If it repeats the same old nuclear weapons conspiracy like American Assassin, I might just have to turn my brain off and skip to Taylor scenes.

Made 1st ever Timmy Riggs edit with almost 30 some cuts in a 15 sec video :)) It's like I forgot how to edit and this being the rare instance of using only 15s audio.

I plan to make another edit on Chon for which I need to search a song. But first will need to do some tasks. So priority to others over editing!

Honestly I'd rather watch edits... but Taylor edits are criminally few which lead to making content for myself ^^

Ugh TAYLOR!!

He comes online, likes Josh's ig post for his new book, probably scrolls through his feed but doesn't post anything??!

I've been spoiled by my kpop faves that this sns non activity is unbearable ;; Me - fantasising 'what if Taylor made travel vlogs?' As if the man hasn't abandoned his ig. Expecting vlogs when he rarely posts a pic (forget a selfie)

Can't even plead to him in his comments since he has it turned off ;;

Thinking of how Taylor talked about fighting to get this look for Ben Edwards, a surfer dude who one would pass by, without realising his true identity. Wonder if the ripped jeans, plaid shirts and comfy hoodies are his own wardrobe that he used or given by stylists/crew. Usually character wardrobe is decided and provided by staff (tactical gear) but there are instances where the artists bring their idea on board like Taylor.

Even getting tattoos was his idea so that Ben stands out among the rest. In the interview he talked about getting knuckle tattoos etc which again makes me wonder if the quotes/design chosen were his or were they decided by tptb. Hope in the prequel we get a little background on the tattoos like the frogman one on his bicep he revealed at the end ;;

Chris did joke that he didn’t have a wardrobe, probably referring to shirtless scenes ^^

Honestly if tptb hadn’t taken in his advice then Ben could have turned out flat/one dimensional like other supporting cast, (just popping up to given info to James). These little things suggested by Taylor gave a depth to his character also giving chance to expand on it in his series. The choice of goggles as opposed to what James wore, the stringed pendant around his neck, wearing sneakers instead of boots - beauty in these details. (When I focused on him and him alone & didn’t pay attention to others hehe) Absolutely loved how Taylor acted scenes where Ben had conflicting emotions which I thought were because he couldn’t bear to see his friend commit grave crimes in the name of revenge. But the truth was something else!! 👏🏼 (Is it obvious I’m enamoured by Taylor :)) I am expecting too much from the writers but hope they do a better job. The ones involved, although come from Seal team, Bosch legacy, etc, have been criticised by viewers (IMDb reviews) for writing obvious predictable plots for their eps. Wonder how they’ll pull the conspiracy plot through? (honestly I find the main author incapable of executing a complicated plot. Too much description does not equal smart exposition.)

Don’t know what goes on in the director’s mind when they see Taylor Kitsch that his character either ends up with scars or sprawling tattoos on his torso! I mean such a beautiful body and they put the ugliest tattoo ever on his back in terminal list :( The tattoos might serve purpose like representing the squad he belonged to and the quotes too. But did they have to be so big, a smaller on wrist/bicep would suffice.

So tattoos and scars in savages, none in lone survivor (epic eight pack abs and broad shoulders glory), burn scars on half of his upper torso in true detective s2, scars again in American assassin, tattoos in 21 bridges and TL.

In most of these they serve a purpose and are actually quite aesthetic, especially in savages. Scars obviously were tied to the plot in TDs2 and AA and the reveal/his outburst in those face off scenes were amazing!

But really the tattoos in TL takes the cake in being obnoxiously big and ugly.

Watching FNL to see Taylor Kitsch peak beauty 'Tim Riggins' but the people lecturing coach are so insufferable. So it's on pause until the Kitsch drought gets unbearable :|

Can't believe NF still won't post American primeval premiere date. Don't want this to be a complain post but really thought something should have been teased besides 3 shots by now.

About the plot, wonder what purpose Isaac will find in the journey. Would it be protecting Betty's character and her son? (Would he fall in love with her?) And if Imdb is right, he has a son similar to Leo in The revenant. :/ hmm
