goddddd I know I shouldn't have left it this long but this friendship is seriously having such a negative impact on my mental health 😭

I suppose to be fair they started all this before my mum was diagnosed, so it's just regular bad friendship, not specifically abandoning me the first time I have ever needed any form of emotional support. lol.

literally multiple friends and mental healthcare professionals have told me I need to address this but they seriously can't take any form of criticism at all and might just blow up my fucking life!!!! this shit has impacted my sense of self confidence so much that my immediate thoughts are that no one likes me more and I'll lose all my friends and have to fucking move out and I know that's pretty irrational but I am having literal physical stress responses to receiving messages from them or thinking they might be in the kitchen when I come home
