Who do you think is the most underrated Black Butler character and why?

i have two

1. william, just bc i think hes silly and i love him

2. lau, because i think that hes a lot more strategic and cunning than people give him credit for. choosing to align himself with ciel is definitely a smart move, and you can see that even when hes deferring to ciels whims, he is doing so in ways that will benefit him in the long run. and i think he's cute.
