oscar piastri is a goddamn phoenix, and he will rise again and again and again. i love charles, and he is il predestinato - but oscar being a champion is not even predestined. it's literally inevitable.

I still cannot get over the fact that Oscar kept going. Like this man. he was fully stuck in the grass after his team had prevented him from going for the win before with fucking papaya rules, and yet he grit his teeth reversed out and actually scored two points. I cannot imagine what he was feeling that moment in the grass. they had literally marked him as out of the grand prix and he said actually no, fuck that. he is my driver of the day cause he should've won that.

hi omg. i just finished thermodynamic equilibrium and AHHHH. i’ve been following it basically since you posted the first chapter so i was so excited to get the email today about the last one!!! it was so good i loved it i loved how max was basically a film noir detective. the line about she only cries in the shower to hide her tears TOOK ME THE FUCK OUT i love her she’s so insane. i loved oscar’s introduction i loved this chapter and this fic so much and literally everything about it tysm for sharing it with us it’s such a masterpiece and easily my favorite 163381 fic.

I just wanted to tell you that yesterday I read ur lestapiastri fic (thermodynamic equilibrium) and I loved it sosososo much!!! It was perfect!! I usually never read gender!swap fics bc I don't really vibe with them, but yours cactched my interest bc of the tags and the title! So I read it last night and let me tell you it was such an intense experience, I was actually crying reading the second chapterrrr!!

Can't wait to read how it finishes, hopefully it'll be soon bc I'm devastatedd, but art cant' be rushed, take ur time <3 <3

also when oscar said his bracelet was from his ex, and max immediately was like "nice, he prob killed his ex, gonna go find some proof now <3" why is she so insane and why do i love her more for it

i love building relationships through the details!!! one of my personal favourites (i cant remember rn which chapter its in) is max remembering charles sleeping on the other side of her bed so she just sleeps on the floor instead :)) i think these small things tell a lot abt the characters! and for oscar’s bracelet, yes 😭😭 once they get together properly there’s definitely going to be a conversation between max and oscar and how wasnt he like gay a few months ago??? lmfao

Also i just love how what max feels towards oscar is just soo messed up big feelings she herself doesn’t know what it is exactly…. but there’s definitely some jealousy and attraction mixed in lol

I hope you know I LOVE your max from thermodynamic equilibrium. she is everything to me!! her antagonistic friendship with george, her self sabotage, how resentful she is of not being taken seriously. I LOVE HER BAD!!!

yes, well. essentially before meeting oscar charles was a straight man lol so it’s kind of new to him i think? like he’s this macho womanizer man who’s super hot with a sexy body and could get any girls AND he’s good in bed…. and he gets undone by one nerdy oscar going on about how different shark species have different birthing methods lol

I feel like he’d have a bit of struggle with his toxic masculinity, most of their arguments would probably be about charles trying to hide his feelings/not sharing his troubles/not quite knowing how to flirt with someone who doesn’t have boobs

oh my god sorry hi i am back from my re-read of thermodynamic equilibrium and just WOW. genuinely will never get over the choscar dynamic and interactions of it all. the way i am absolutely in love with them and how it was all seen through max's pov too.... you're so talented fr <3

And yes, seeing everything in max’s pov… she’s definitely going throught it haha. Some people might not like her but she has a load of trauma (which will get explained more in chapter 3) and she’s also just someone who doesn’t take shit from anyone. i really loved her spite and hatefulness bc its realistic and it makes her someone people can relate to, bc lets be honest, everyone has a spiteful side deep down…

so yes, angry max and lovey dovey charlescar keep on winning!!!
