when i had a coke addiction i had lost 60 pounds in 2-3 months.

i feel like sobriety is 10x harder when you’ve got an ed. cause i’m struggling bad i need an 🎱 up my nose Right Now

gonna start logging on here everytime i eat so i’ll eventually get embarrassed and just stop eating as much.

this morning i had max n cheese cause i’m a fat ass

and clocking in at 5:30 for lunch i had two chicken chipotle melts from taco bell (190cals each)

i don’t plan on eating anything else tn. i’ll probs drink another energy drink but that’s about it.

at the moment i’m just trying to get used to not eating as much through the day before i start fasting 🙏🏽hopefully itlll work. but until then i’m having newports for snack.
