Early Ice Road to Napaskiak. This is not the official State ice road but a route put together by early commuters. Despite the cold temps the ice remains under 12 inches in most places. Too thin for heavy equipment.... Travel via truck upriver is still not recommended. All open leads in the Bethel area have froze over and we are slowly getting there.

The Joe Pete/Disneyland Route has been prepped.
An ice ramp was added to combat the cut bank and markers have been placed toward the flats/3step. The trail has been broken in and with more snow has become less rough.
