Something in omorashi I absolutely love is when a character starts walking away while they are still wetting themselves or don't stop walking as they start wetting

When they run away to avoid dying from embarrassment, with burning red cheeks and tears in their eyes

When they cannot wait for their accident to end before leaving

When they don't know what to do after their bladder starts forcibly emptying and the first and only thought they have is "I need to leave NOW"

When they walk with trembling legs as their bladder is still emptying itself

When they can't stop and try to be subtle as they continue to where they were headed, hoping no one is looking at them or notice they are pissing their pants

Where instead of a big puddle, there is a trail of pee on the ground

Mine are:

The character’s current instance of desperation being the worst instance of desperation they’ve ever gone through, comforting after a wetting (if a wetting happens), characters peeing for a really long time, characters not speaking up about their need right away (sometimes it’s because they’re shy, sometimes it’s because they’re stubborn af), characters needing to pee in vehicles, aaaand that’s all i can think of rn lol

Omo writers, what are some things that frequently pop up in your fics?

I'll start: characters falling asleep at the end of the fic, bubble tea, team bus trips, pee buddies as a relationship category, latchkey incontinence without a bathroom, and everyone gets pee shivers.

i am endlessly fascinated with the psychological aspects of omo, and i think my favorite is when desperation completely takes over someone's brain

when they try to focus on something else and completely fail because all they can think about is how bad they have to pee

when you ask them an unrelated question and they can't drag their mind away from their bladder long enough to answer it ("um. uhhhhhh. i don't knowww i gotta peeeeee 😫")

when literally everything that comes out of their mouth is some variation on "i have to go so bad" or "i can't hold it much longer" or "i'm gonna wet my pants"

...or when they get stuck on just one phrase and become a broken record ("i have to pee i have to pee i have to pee i have to pee")

just. good shit all around 🥰

One of the cutest omo things is when someone gently asks the person wetting if they’re done, and they have to shamefully shake their head no, they’re still going…

Or they think they’re done because their muscles are so sore post accident and they can’t really tell if they’re empty or not, but as soon as they try to get up and pull themselves together, they start peeing again.

A soothing hand pressed on their back, a weight that the wetter welcomes in their current state- it grounds them as shamefully shake their head to the question if they were done. The other just rubs small circles to make sure they're fully emptied♡

But also omg- They're just too spent to be able to tell if anything is left- too much of a mixture of cooling and still warm urine pooling where they sit it's too much of a sensory imput for their body to know! So it comes as a genuine surprise to them when they shakily stand, and they feel more urines hissing out and joining the puddle below ☆

Two desperate friends, A and B are out in public, either hiking or enjoying a walk in a park or maybe they're pub crawling.

They finally realise they're both too desperate to make it to a proper bathroom and decide the best thing to do would be to find a hidden spot in an alley or behind some bushes and let go.

B keeps watch while A relieves themself and the sounds of A's pee hissing and splattering on the ground are torture to B's overfull bladder.

Right when A is almost done B can see someone coming their way so they warn A to hurry up and put their clothes back in place. A is almost empty so they have no problem cutting their stream off or maybe they need to finish and try to push and pee faster to completely enjoy their relief.

A is all set by the time the person comes near the two of them, feeling much happier and lighter now that their bladder is empty.

But poor B is still achingly full and hearing A's release just made them even more desperate. Now they have to wait till the coast is clear again!
